Always friendly staff. I suggest trying multiple stylists till you find the one that familiarizes to your style best and then use their app to choose that as your preferred stylist. The extra fee for the super shaver is meh but to be honest it will add an additional week or so in between cuts so it does save you $.

Sat in the lobby for over 45 minutes. 2 stylists and only 2 customers served. One went back to wash the dudes hair…they were back 20 minutes. I walked out and I’m sure they don’t care.$27 base haircut. If you’re a guy looking for a 20 minute hair washing and a 30 minute low quality hair cut this is your place. Enjoy your waste of time!

Just a big disappointment when i go there now days. My hair never gets blended right or one side is blended higher then the other. For the amount I pay for a haircut there I'd expect professionals and not people who appear to have absolutely no experience.

Haircuts and service was usually above average and sometimes really awesome, but the shocking management “policy” at this location was just a horrible traumatizing experience. Just making up lies and zero respect from management. Wow. If I knew how horribly i would be insulted, I would never have brought them my business.

Theybdonprivide Excellent service. I always end up having a great haircut from any location. I believe they have higher standards and require additional training un like other hair cut places. That being said they are more expensive than the other competitors like super cuts or great clips. I would look for coupons and join their app to get points.

Be careful of the on line check-in policy. I arrived 15 minutes before my suggested arrival time. All was going well. Great. 3 minute. Perfect! Then I was on deck and ready to be called when I got bumped by some so called walk-in. Now my wait time jumped up to 22 minutes. I've been a longtime customer at this location and this is the first time I've had my time wasted like this. I know the world is moving to online everything but be careful! The customer's time is the companies to waste.

My son is autistic and has hated haircuts since he was about 2 years old. We have had a VERY hard time with his haircuts in the past and then we started coming to Sports Clips. They have always been very patient with him and done everything they can to make him comfortable during his haircut. Today we came in after putting off his haircut for too long and he did AMAZING. The stylist really cared about the cut she gave him and took her time and was very gentle with my son. We will never take him anywhere else as he has never been able to sit in the chair so calmly while getting his haircut. I truly believe this is because of all the continued positive experiences he has at this location. THANK YOU!

They say they're booked for the day. There is no one in a chair waiting for a hair cut. There is no one in a chair getting their hair cut. Yet the staff told me they were booked for the day. I did go online to book an appointment. It said it was booked. I believe there's poor business strategy at work when you turn a customer away when there is absolutely no other customers in the store, only employees.

I called to get my husband an appointment. They said they didn’t do appointments and walk-ins were welcome. We showed up and there was no one in any of the chairs and one guy waiting in the lobby. Somehow there was still a 46 MINUTE WAIT! Clearly they take appointments. Needless to say we left and we won’t be back. Comeplete waste of time. UPDATE I’m adding to my review because for some reason I’m not allowed to respond to the owner’s review. There was no confusion. Walk-in doesn’t mean you have a wait list. Especially when your store is empty.
