Always have a great experience at this salon with getting my eyebrows done. She is very quick and does a good job. It’s also very easy to find the new location right next to Hyvee Wine and Spirits.

It never fails, whenever I get my eyebrows done here I always get compliments on them! Not only does Sandy to a great job but she’s always so fast! If there’s no line I can be back in my car in less than 5 minutes, not kidding. Best place i’ve tried in Iowa City or Des Moines

I had my first experience here yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! She got me in and out within 5 minutes while doing an amazing job shaping my brows. I was traumatized in high school from threading but I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The technician did not sanitize her hands between clients or clean the chair before I sat down. When I politely asked her to sanitize her hands, she became defensive, which made me uncomfortable.
During the threading, the thread got caught in my earring, and she pulled it in a way that nearly ripped my ear. She also told me that I should bring my own brush and scissors because they don’t clean those tools between customers—which was very surprising and concerning from a hygiene perspective.
When I got home and looked closely in the mirror, I noticed that several hairs were missed on both my upper lip and eyebrows, which I had to pluck myself.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor attention to detail were enough for me to decide I won’t be returning—and I definitely won’t be recommending this place to my friends.
