Excellent customer service!! I had a disappointing experience with an online purchase. All items came as expected, with the exception of one. When I went to return that item, I was informed that it was sold by a third-party seller on their website. I wouldn't have purchased it, had that been clear on the website. The manager took care of the return anyway and refunded me. I am so pleased with with their customer service! I absolutely have confidence in the Davenport store and will shop there in the future.

BBB has been a favorite place to shop until you reorganized your merchandise. It is not easier to find items. Much more difficult and frustrating.

I ordered an item on 19 July. I was told it had to be ordered and told it would be delivered to my house on the 21st of July. When I got home, I had an email stating I would receive the item on approximately 26 July.Nothing was mentioned about 21 July the date I was told my the store person it would come. On July 26th, I stayed home ALL DAY from doing errands so I would be here to get it the package. No packaged came. Finally, on 27 July, the product was delivered. I, actually, had decided to call and cancel the purchase just about the time the item was delivered. This was a completely unacceptable experience. This was the first time in years that I had shopped at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I wanted to patronize local stores. But obviously, after this experience,I will not go back. Thank you for reading this.

The new set up is brighter and much nicer than before. Product selection is great. You can almost find anything for kitchen or bathroom. Prices are good.

Placed an order on Sunday, was to be delivered Tuesday 2 days later, Great! Order was pushed out, expect delivery on Wednesday, expect delivery on Thursday, day 5 being told in transit.I would not have placed the order if I would have been told up front it would take a week to deliver, I would have ordered it from Amazon.

I will never shop this store or company again. They are overpriced and their price matching policy is ridiculous. I purchased a product and the next day found it at another local store much cheaper. So I returned to the store with my receipt. Because the product was not "available for pickup" locally they would not honor the price. They would, however, accept my item returned. I was stunned. Instead of making some money they chose to make no money. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. This was not my first bad experience with Bed Bath & Beyond, but it will certainly be my last.

Love the openness of the remodeling inside. Always fun and great items to buy as gifts and many different needs.Prices are ok.Just a tad frustrating that you can't get a one time coupon from the internet on your phone...when you get there and you forget your paper coupon.

Would not recommend this store as the store follows different return policies than what is noted online by corporate Bed Bath and Beyond. So if you buy something online, do not expect that you might be able to return to this facility.

Tried to exchange a Christmas gift with a receipt. It was a weighted blanket and I needed a 12 pound not a 16. They do not carry a 12 pound in the store was offered to order one for me but would be at regular price and would not give me the sale price that was originally on the blanket. Said it was past the two week date on a promo . Any company that it only gives you two weeks to exchange a Christmas gift in my book is poor customer service. Bed Bath and beyond will not be getting any of my business from this day forward.

I haven't been there in a long time. Wanted to look at their selection of wall art. I really liked the selection in the past. They don't have wall art anymore. I was sad.

Organized and clean. Staff are nice and helpful. Prices are a bit high but they usually have a few coupons available for use.
