I was nine months overdue for a haircut (I’m blaming the pandemic) so Danny had his work cut out of him, but I was impressed with his level of service and attention to detail, the price, and the final result. I’d have expected it to cost twice as much, or for it to be a rushed clipper job, but it was neither. Great haircut, exceptional value, awesome experience.

Danny did an excellent job on my hair and did exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere of his business was excellent and it gave the classic barber shop feel as well. He paid great attention to detail and went above and beyond. Danny far exceeded my expectations and the price was extremely fair for the cut and and care I received. I highly recommend Danny and his barber shop and will be a returning customer!

I was Danny’s first appointment this morning for haircut and beard trim, he was right on time and very pleasant. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Scissors cut, excellent attention to detail with the clippers, and finished with a straight edge shave on the neckline. I will be back.

I came here to get my haircut by The Barber at the Salon. Danny Davi is a master Barber and stylist that does amazing work. Great attention to detail and very knowledgeable about what would work best for each client. Very nice building and location on Water Street in Decorah. If you are looking for a quality haircut by a barber this is the place to visit. Just be sure to call ahead because he is popular.
