I do not care for the gentleman whose name is Clayton that works on Sundays in the can and bottle room. He's so busy collecting the cans and bottles that the machines don't accept that he can't see to the customers and their needs. He takes his dear sweet time getting around to tending to the machines because he's so busy collecting those cans and bottles himself that we the customers have thrown in the garbage. I honestly don't think an employee should be allowed to do that while they're working on the clock and if they're not supposed to be doing it then he is definitely breaking the rules because I see him do it every single Sunday that I am in the can and bottle room.
As far as the store itself I like the store it's just this one employee that I feel is not doing their job because they're so focused on collecting money themselves that they're not focusing on what they are getting paid for at that moment in time.

Hy-Vee gives this East Euclid store the shaft. Been there several times and seldom have a good experience. No more self check outs and lack of cashiers. Hy Vee prices are crazy high but the customer service, selection, and atmosphere usually make up for it. Not here.

Horrible for several reasons the self check out they refuse to use even with 15 people in lines waiting .. the worst tho customer service. I was trying to I mail something for my business and the label got messed up on the first employee so they asked their boss to help . There boss tired for less the 4 min looked at me said I could fix this but I don't have time for this I have plans tonight and I get out at 7 so I'm not fixing it . It was 6:30 she still had a half hour before her shift ended. To be such a terrible employee and frankly person to inform someone u can fix something but ur not gonna and u don't care about the customer. Or the smcustomers business.bibwas so disgusted by this employee vibpkan in contacting corrupt.
