My mini cooper sporter is in great hands now. And I know we will be on the road forever. Because the company handle their business for real.

Can’t say enough positive things about Blake, mini cooper sales. Purchased my second mini from them over a year ago . He follows up every few months to see how things are going and if I need anything. Today he called to see if I needed any programming for the move to to no hand held cell calls. Great follow thru and customer service from this sales guy!

Don't go here for service. The parts are overpriced and the service takes forever. Going to have to wait three weeks for a stupid window motor.

They are overpriced and don't want to give you what your vehicle is valued at. They apparently want to make their own Kelley blue book and call it Willis's blue book. On average there asking a couple thousand dollars more for every one of their vehicles than what they're worth. They want to give you a couple thousand dollars less for your vehicle. Most places do this too, but will actually work towards a number that you can agree on, not at Willis. Take their deal or don't let the door hit you in the butt 😂. Their vehicles do look nice, but I hope that you just have extra money to throw out the window. I will not be back and I do a lot of vehicle transactions in a year.

My experience at Mini of Des Moines was positive, and working with Trevor was a smooth process. He was well-informed about the vehicles available and readily answered my questions, which helped me in making my decision. Trevor was helpful in guiding me through the options without any pressure. The overall experience was efficient, and I appreciated his straightforward approach. I am satisfied with my new Mini and the service I received from Trevor. If you're considering a Mini in Des Moines, he is a good person to work with.

Beware of buying a mini here if you plan to use their service center! Service center has damaged my vehicle multiple times. Never had a smooth service experience with them and somehow always “fall through the cracks”. Vehicle has been delivered with unfinished work (door and window seals completely unseated) and sent back 3 separate times to be “fixed”. Yesterday after my car was serviced and received the complimentary wash, it was driven into a curb resulting in deep scratches on both my drivers side rims. Service advisor apparently didn’t notice (he was the one who pulled it up for me) and handed me the keys like everything was fine. Thankfully I did a quick walk around of my vehicle before leaving and saw the fresh damage. Service Manager scheduled me an appt to repair them. Seems to happen a lot and they were unfazed.

Willis of Des Moines is an easy group to deal with and all of the people we met were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a pleasant purchase experience.

This is the second time we’ve driven over 4 hours to Mini of Des Moines to buy a car. They offer great deals and support. We’ve driven down from Minneapolis as we have had terrible experiences with their sales people in Minneapolis. No follow up. Salesperson is very cocky and just assumes you’re going to buy the from him. No effort to get the car you want, only sell what he has in stock. Minneapolis service has been very good however.
