Bought an item marked $10. Was charged $20. When pointed out, she said they mis-signed it. Still paid $20 for an item advertised as $10. Won't be back.

When my bf was asking for things from he store the elderlie gale was working June 22 at night and was asking for my bf I'd when he was just there not even 10-15 mins earlier and wasn't even asking other people for their ID but refuse to give my bf service I do not appreciate how other get away with not having their ID with them but they can look them up other times but my bf gets stopped I do not appreciate it

This place is not good. The lady kicked me out because I had my service animal with me and she barked to alert me of a pending seizure, and she said get "that" thing out of here. She also said she isn't even an emotional pet, I told her she's my service animal, she then said I don't care get it out. So I turned her in to the department of justice discrimination division. So hopefully she won't be working there after the investigation

The store is supposed to open at 7 AM and there have been multiple times where they are not open. Store should not list hours as 7 AM and place a sign on the window stating as such if they're not going to be open.

I've always gotten great service until today. Since no one seems to know how to reach the manager, here's my review.The short, chubby, woman with mouse brown hair harassed the man ahead of me because he had on sunglasses. He was possibly Nigerian. He was very gracious. I've seen this employee before. When my turn came, she kept calling me "hon". I very politely asked she not call me that. As she went to get my item, she said "since I don't know your name, I'll call you hon". REALLY? It got worse. She wouldn't take my virtual card, so I had quarters, which she refused. She had 30.00 already. I said nicely, you're on a roll today! So I used plastic, requested a receipt, which she thrust at me. She then said sarcastically as she turned away "have a nice day hon". The next customer was white. She said loudly for me to hear " oil can I help you hon", on purpose, and then they laughed.I don't need or deserve that kind of treatment.I CAN EASILY GO ELSEWHERE. I go to this one because of the service and the friendly staff.I WON'T BE BACK TILL I HEAR FROM MGMT.Please keep in mind the 2 customers she harassed were. It white....she really got off being rude to me and I don't appreciate it. She needs to be transferred or fired.KEEP IN MIND THE PICS ARE OF THE STORE I WAS TREATED RUDELY. Obviously the SE14th store doesn't care about the treatment I got from their girl. I have found another place to shop, and I'll gladly give them my money

Girlfriend had bad experience 4/11/022. 930am. Clerk Caia appeared to get angry when request was made for phone number to make a comment on the poor service on 4/08/022. Seemed to be confrontational and was rude to Jodi and upset her badly. The transaction was unpleasant at best. Am long time customers and spend alot of $ in your store regularly. Have not had any bad experiences in the past. But there seems to be a problem now. Have been in retail for the last 9yrs. and I feel that this behavior should be addressed. Jodi is very offended and probably will take her business elsewhere. I would like to have this addressed and be informed of your investigation.
