After searching throughout the country for my first truck, I kept coming back to Truck Country in Dubuque, IA all the way from Georgia. I had a pleasure of meeting and doing business with a sales rep name Trey. He's a young man that's motivated, proficient, and driven to do a great service and make sure that you're completely satisfied. He went above my expectations and made sure that the truck I wanted had everything I needed and I was content with his services and the truck equipment. Trey is thorough and ultimately great to work with. I highly recommend him to everyone I know that's looking for a great truck and I can't wait to do business with Trey again in the near future. Thanks again Trey!!! 🤝

Paul, Pat, and Greg in parts treat me so well and are so reasonable with the pricing I can afford a finger-blasting good time at the bar!

Honestly, not usually a fan of big truck repair shops, but this place was 5 stars. Queen Eliza BETH checked me in, they have after hours, very fast, seemed very honest, every one was friendly, and the lounge has free pinball machine, food stocked you can buy, lots of options. Nice comfortable furniture, dog crates, honestly every thing you need. And very clean.
By far the best experience when you gotta deal with a breakdown and down time.

Had transmission problems. For the most part they got the job done in a timely manner and kept me notified of the progress. Much better than the other option which was MHC

Coolant Surge Tank was leaking on my Cascadia. Service Manager Clay got me right in the shop. The Technician; Clay, knocked the repair out ASAP. He then proceeded to help me out with a trailer issue when I was leaving. Tech Kaleb helped with the trailer issue as well! Overall great experience and I was treated VERY FAIR on the invoice! Thanks Guys!

I dread taking my truck here. Unfortunately they have kind of a monopoly in the area. Every time, and I mean every time, they work on my truck something gets messed up.
Recently after taking some liberties with the work order resulting in double the expected price, the engine fan wouldn’t shut off. I lose a days work and am told that it’s fixed but they couldn’t find an issue.. and here’s another invoice.
Last time, somehow some coolant lines got broken along with a fuel rail.
I have a long story about a $22k invoice for a transmission.
I have another story about $27.5k for an overhaul that I had warranty on. Then having to redo the overhaul because it wasn’t done right.
The upselling is ridiculous to the point they point out problems with stuff they just recently fixed.
But for freightliner / Detroit there’s no place else in close proximity.
