  Very rude. Unprofessional. Only reason banking there is close to daughter to put money in. Otherwise I won't. Very Very rude. Went to start account me and husband they act like I wasn't even there. Could ask question. They would say don't know. Okay who you suppose to ask.

  I really like South Ottumwa Savings Bank in Hedrick. We have an business and personal Acct. If I need anything, they are always available to help me. Love the small town atmosphere and the friendly faces! They are not only my bankers, they are my friends! ?
