You guys did say there were still problems and we did not have to pay for the no service and barely any communication you’ve done on my car for almost 4 months coolant was staying in but you did not say mam I advise you not to ride this vehicle home we advise you to tow it back home only getting a half block up and almost getting into a accident in the middle of traffic and pressing on the gas and it’s barely moving not even having time to respond to put in my emergency lights!!! I will never recommend you guys to anyone and the owner having the nerves to having an attitude I asked one of his employees to ask him to come out my left tire was low and the young man said he was off this not caring about his customers owner said no he wasn’t coming out. You guys really need to start considering every customer showing more empathy especially when it wasn’t you without a car for almost 4 months then pick up and only make it around the corner to have to park it and catch yet another $17 Uber home and Mr. Owner are frustrated make that make sense for me!!

Worse experience of my life! Paid them twice for alternator that never worked! Had my car for 4 months! And everything that was suppose to be fixed didn’t work! When I was talking to the manager, Steve, he hung up in my face very rudely. My car stopped on the side of the road as soon as I left. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!! Worse experience of my life!!

A few new friends, recommended that I should call Metro Auto Shop ( when my vehicle recently broke down ).. This Metro Shop completed work on my GMC Yukon XL and got it running rather quickly. The owner, Steve was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend METRO AUTO SHOP. Thanks, Jacki

I recently took my vehicle to have brake work done. I was very impressed with their knowledge, and understanding me when I explained what was happening with my brakes. They did a fantastic job with the work done, called me with the diagnosis and what repairs were needed, with a final price and how long it would take. I will definitely use Metro transmission for any work needed for my car. Great customer service, professional repairs, and very reasonable prices. 👍

Over charged for repair of a break line and on top of it couldn't complete the job had to take to another shop to have the breaks bleed but they did replace a break line correctly so that's a plus

He was 100% honest and looking out for me and my families best interest and not his own. You can tell pretty soon he knows what he’s talking about and will lead you in the right direction. 100% would recommend for a quality car with value!
