I had opened a new account and needed my funds sooner than the hold for the check. The staff at the Hy-Vee branch called the bank the check was written from and verified that the funds were good. Then were able to lift the hold sooner. I really appreciated their extra effort to go above and beyond to assist me with my new account. I can say they also were very accommodating opening my new account. You have great employees at this branch who provide very good customer service.
