I was over 2 hours from home and have car troubles. The staff was super friendly and helpful as it was a Sunday and not knowing the area and who would be open. They directed me to the right people and didn't hesitate in offering whatever assistance they could. Riley was my main contact there and he was the best. Kudos to your team.

Literally twice have driven an hour up to both times have them be out of chicken! How is a chicken place out of chicken ALL the time. I came at 1pm this time.

Cheapest gas in town with thier reward program. Very clean store, and employees are always kind and polite. Today there were several employees out in the lot, washing windows, asking for donations for CMN and handing out samples of thier new pizza. They all had smiles on thier faces and sounded like they were enjoying being outside interacting with thier customers!!

I liked everything. Apart from the variety of food, there was nothing to eat in Chester at 8pm, just drumsticks and that's it. The guys who work at the checkout are great, cheerful, keep it clean, the showers were very clean and smelled fresh. There was no traffic at all, and therefore it was very calm, there was no buzzing and it was as quiet as possible. I advise you to stay and keep it clean, we ourselves spoil the places where we relax!🤦

One day on my break from work I went to a laundry mat that is basically never used much and it's a place I call the quiet place anyway I go in there to chill out and mind my own business and I fell asleep for awhile to take a nap and it was very hot in the building and in comes this very friendly lady who asks me if I noticed that they keep it very hot in the building and I said yes and I went back to minding my own business and she said im going across the street to pick up a smoothie and she asked me if i wanted anything to drink and I said sure i wanted a cold glass of water and i thanked her when she returned and she handed me my cup of water and it said on the cup "You Matter" after talking to her for a few minutes she was very nice and very sweet and found out shes the gm of our loves. So I really want to say she is a very nice person and should be given an award or something for her very nice sweet gesture to a man she didn't know. So I pray that God will be with her wherever she goes in life and that she finds him if she hasn't already. Thank you so much mam for the cold cup of water that was so sweet of you to think of someone other than yourself and God Bless you sis

Employees in loves were great... Absolutely no customers in Chester's. They only had drumsticks and two sides at 12:13 p.m. during lunch hour. No chicken sandwiches? No nothing.

Stopped to fill up the truck & purchased 2 gallons of drinking water. $4 / gallon for drinking water!! Highway robbery - no love there! Won’t be stopping at any Love’s Travel Centers on our travels again. $4 / gallon of drinking water?!?!?
