Scott is awesome. I had a problem woth the blue screen of death acurring on my pc over and over again and handed it over to him. their he found that my pre-built pc from iBuyPower had many problems that they shouldn't have ever made like my ram being bent due to a bad placement of the sink fan (The Tower). He also checked every possible thing to fix my problem and even after not getting anywhere he ended up taking the pc apart which is when he found out they put little to no thermal paste on the cpu which cause it to become insanely hot and caused it to reboot itself and indefinitely caused the screen of death. And in the end even after he thought it was fixed he kept messing with it and found that the thermal paste was just one of the Manny problems but not the one that kept causing the blue screen. So instead even though he did many things that I should've had to pay for because he ended up not fixing it he decided to only charge me his diagnosis price of $80 which to anyone paying 80 bucks to have the proof to get a replacement pc is way better than paying for a whole new one.Thanks to Scott pointing all of these problems out and taking photos of these problems it allowed me to contact the company (iBuyPower) and get a new pc due to there poor building quality.In conclusion Scott is amazing and tried everything he could to fix the issue while making the price cheap

Ended up getting a virus on my PC. Within 3 days I had it back, without breaking the bank. He not only removed the virus, but found numerous other issues and needed updates that were not helping my PC's health. Let me know 100% of the way what he was doing and changes he would recommend. I've been very satisfied with Scott and his company and highly recommend him.

Scott is HIGHLY recommended by me. Picked up my Laptop from me and within a few hours called me to let me know what the issues was. Had system done the same day. AWESOME communication, knows what he's doing, even showed me the part that was defective and gave me a great price. I will be a returning customer when needed.

Great experience with Scott. Good conversation also. Same day call, pick-up and diagnosis of my computer. Bad video card, he returned it the same day and I had a new card on order that evening. 5/5 rating from me, will definitely use again (I hope not) and would recommend to anyone needing computer repair.

Scott The Computer doctor is amazing. 10/10 Would recommend. I called him about a couple months ago and because I was having some issues with my Gaming PC and he sat on the phone with me for 20 minutes trying to work it out free of charge. He recommended me explore some other options with the manufacturer before spending money on a repair service. I tried that but it ended up not working out and so a couple months later I called him up again and he was happy to work on it for me. I dropped it off and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. He replaced some parts and got me straightened out. And all for a super great price! He really knows his stuff and is really attentive and provides excellent costumer service. He knows the basics all the way to the complicated things. He truly is an awesome repair man!

We had an issue with both our computer and the internet. I called him at 8:30, and he not only answered but was on the phone with me for a while trying to help. He came to pick up our computer, recovered our data, but also helped us resolve our issue and I think went beyond just repairing our computer. He will definitely be my go-to if we have any other issues in the future!
