They make doing business easy. We agreed on a unit, they sent over a contract for electronic signature and payment and gave me instruction on the unit. Unit was dry, clean, secure, and affordable.

We have used Ramker Mini Storage for at least 5 years for storing our camper. We appreciate the security we felt keeping our camper at the south lot. We opted for outdoor storage and couldn't be happier. The customer service is outstanding!!!! I love that you can set up auto pay!! I even changed my credit card number and forgot to notify them. I recieved the most kind phone call and it was taken care of without penalties. Thank you for being so helpful. We also were able to rent indoor storage at the mini storage in town. We needed it for a short time when remodeling our basement. The unit was pristine! It was very convenient to get our items when we needed them.

A well maintained, clean, and reasonably priced storage facility. The online pay option is quite a plus as well.
