Tess, Rachel, and Jane are all amazing pharmacists who care deeply about their patients. The pharmacy's integrative approach to medicine and commitment to patient health is extremely admirable. Tess, the owner, is highly knowledgable about nutrition and alternative medicine, and she has a wide array of supplements and natural products that she's carefully researched and vetted. A couple of examples: A member of my household had a case of ringworm that (even after multiple courses of harsh drugs) wouldn't go away. I asked Tess what she thought he should do, and she suggested a probiotic. Ten days later, the ringworm was gone (and hasn't returned!). Additionally, I'd been feeling down (sad and lethargic) over the winter, and I asked for her advice. She suggested I start taking vitamin D and B complex, and within a week or two, not only did I not feel sad or tired, I felt better than I had in ages! The attention, care, and expertise that the pharmacists and staff at the Pharmacy on 8th bring to the table is unlike anything you'll find anywhere else in Washington county, and I highly recommend that you stop in, even if it's just to look around or talk to a pharmacist.
