I go here often and normally it isn't a bad experience but it isn't anything special. Today I came and the cashier greeted us which never happens and after we got what we needed we had the absolute pleasure of having him ring everything up. The cashiers name was Jayden and he is by far the best worker I have ever come across at Casey's or any gas station for that matter! He made me want to come back and forget about all the not so pleasant times I've spent at this Casey's. If you have the chance to go here, Jayden will make your visit worth it!

10/30/2021My pizza was supposed to be done at 7:06PM. I pulled up at 6:50pm.The cook was outside smoking a cigarette in front of the store with her helper, I believe it was her helper, really not sure what he was. I walked in the store behind them both at 7:00pm.She proceeded to make subs for waiting costumers, no big deal, I’m still early.Her helper sat and watched her work, did nothing but put prices on empty boxes for 4 pizzas to be put in the self help slice heater.It took her 20 mins to make 3 large subs.When she was done helping them, she looked at me and jokingly laughed and said I hope your not here for a pizza, I haven’t started making them yet!I left and really

I go to this Casey’s almost daily and have never had a problem. I had gotten gas on 9/1 and got $29.18 in gas. Later that evening I was checking my card activity on my app as I usually do and noticed I had been charged $75. I drive a geo prism so there’s no way I got $75. Never went in the store, didn’t do cash back of any sorts. So I drove down, the girl closing the kitchen was very sweet and helpful. She took all my information and didn’t make me feel like I had inconvenienced her even though she was in the middle of closing down the kitchen and I knew she had work to do, I tried to make it quick, her name was Kenzie. Nothing but good things about that worker, fast forward to the next day, it’s almost noon, I understand places are short staffed and not every business is running at top notch, but if someone has called in about fraudulent activity they think has happened with there card you probably should give them a call with and explanation. I had to call the store myself and the store manager said it was a hold on my card and couldn’t even explain that in itself. He was rude and acted like I was interrupting his day. Not sure how much management experience he has but it seemed like none the way he talked to me. Very disappointed in the way I was talked to. He said I was distraught when I called which was untrue, I was very polite and just wanted someone to help me understand why an extra $45 was spent at HIS store that I did not spend. Store manager needs an attitude check and to treat people with kindness instead of calling them distraught customers. I am 6 months pregnant and didn’t deserve the way I was talked to.

In general this location is fine for everything EXCEPT picking up pizza. Never ready on time...and tonight my wait in the car is over 15 min. Aggravating!

Everytime I come here there is never any hot food. They have 3 warmers and only ever have 3 to 4 slices of old pizza in one of them the other ones are always completely empty. Doesn't matter what time of day. Worst Caseys in the metro

Not open at 5. It's 5:45 and no sign of life. Oh wait. I see someone. Still not unlocking the door. Apparently it's 6 instead of 5. 3 stars for outdated hours, even though they were modified this last week. Wait again. They put a sign on the door saying systems down.

I have got to give a shout out to the car wash attendant who was working on Friday February 5th around 1pm. I had just gotten back from a trip to see some friends in Council Bluffs/Omaha and drove through the ice and snow blizzard the day before. So needless to say my car had ice Ang dirt all over it and 3/4 of the way up the car. It was really filthy and the gentleman who was in the car wash getting the ice off of people's vehicles before their vehicles went through the carwash did such a fantastic job on my car that I will probably never go to another carwash to have my car cleaned ever again as long as that man is the one who is cleaning off the cars before they go into the carwash.
