Car wash malfunction leaving my car needing an additional wash. This company has made it so you have no way of contacting them to report the issue or speak to someone. Bad business model!!

App absolutely sucks, can’t get it work half the time and the time that it does it will scan the QR code and then say error and when you try it again it says you’ve already used your wash. This happens all the time. Try to reach out to customer service good luck, they never answer. Only reason I ever go to this one is it’s close and touchless I’m just about to drive farther away just to wash my car to avoid executive. Extremely disappointed

Pick your poison between this Executive Lazer vs HyVee on Waukee as the two touchless options. For Executive, the water pressure was higher; the blower was more powerful; and equipment did not fail nearly as often. However, their monthly club was more expensive (+$7 for each tier), the limit was strict to wait 48 hours (vs once per calendar day), and the University & Jordan Creek area has heavier traffic to navigate without multiple big box stores to complete tasks all in one go.

Washes are overpriced. The dispensers aren’t working well or they’re not keeping the chemicals filled because the protectant doesn’t evenly coat your car at all. There were still leaves and visible dirt on the car after the wash. Vending machine wouldn’t accept cash so I just left. Pretty disappointed, I’ve had really good experiences at the normal laser washes.

Not actually unlimited, have to wait 48 hours between washes. Unlimited should be unlimited without restrictions.
Car wash never cleans windshield properly, always dirty after in spots windshield wipers don’t hit.
Cancelled membership the first month.

Unlimited isn’t “unlimited”. Got a car wash and the next day the car was dirty. Drove out of the way to get my car wash and it wants you to wait 48 hours… we maybe go 5 times a month and this one time we weren’t able to. Hard pass

Purchased a wash membership as I had heard good things. First wash with this membership, product was only sprayed on half my car and left the passenger side dirty. Very unimpressed, even if it turns out to be a one-time fluke.
