All of the staff are very friendly and have been wonderful with both of our dogs that we have brought there! Anytime we need an appointment, they are very quick to get it scheduled and our dog seen. They are also reasonably priced. I highly recommend Grand Ave Vet! :)

I am very impressed with this hospitol. The no stress at the vet is the best part.They handled my kitten so perfect that he didn't even know he had 3 shots. Most vets make you give your fur baby medication to keep them calm when they see the vet, but I am so happy not this place. If you want a vet you don't have to chemically dose your fur baby this is the place to go. It is clean everyone is nice,easy in easy out with good close parking.

Terrible communication. I am in need of prescription food for my cat. They have since changed pharmacies and I needed to setup a whole new account just to order food. Then my prescription was denied. When I called to ask, they couldn't tell me why and had to call me back. They said it was because I was 1 week over my yearly exam. They said it is "policy" they don't renew prescriptions if it has been over 1 year. I asked where this policy is located. I was told in writing in the office and on their website. In order to be up to date on their policies you need to stop by their office once a month and check for paperwork, then investigate their website. They certainly aren't going to contact or communicate this information to you.

All my dogs have been patients of Grand Ave Vet Clinic. I could not ask for better care for my wonderful pets. Every single member of the staff is caring and compassionate. They are the best.

Have been taking my cat here for years with no complaint....until recently. I felt very dismissed with my concerns so I went a got a second opinion....come to find my cat has severe dental disease which was never discussed or apparently even caught by any of the numerous vets in and out of that office. On top of me mentioning breathing issues for years, and told it was nothing, but to FINALLY be offered X-rays and told my cat has a mass in her lungs. So now I'm here with a severely ill cat and, in my opinion, with things that could have been caught or at least had preventative care (such as teeth cleaning). I will never go back here and I will never recommend this place.

Very kind and considerate of my elderly cat. They were very thoughtful of being gentle and keeping my cat relaxed. They did not push to run multiple tests at once and were very willing to take the extra time and patience for my old lady cat.
They are always friendly and caring of the animals that come in. They even called a few days later to check up on how we were doing!
