Not energy efficient. Barely any insulation in the walls. AC/Heater Unit runs up massive electric bills that low-income residents cannot afford. Leaking pipes. Toilet doesn't flush properly. If you miss your rent payment by one day, they send an eviction notice to your door. I know someone that lives there.

Horrible place to live landlords are trash and high crime unless it's all you can afford I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get anywhere in life
