I have had great service at Parks on my 22 Chevy Traverse. So much so I referred my daughter there to buy a car when her van was totaled. Now I'm very regretful. The Chrysler Pacifica they bought gave them major engine troubles in the first 21 days of having it and they haven't gotten it back since it went in early August. This is far too long to wait for service and I'm hoping they make this situation right. At this point they should let them out of contract. And they ran 11 applications on my daughter's credit so now her score too low to buy anywhere else. I have 4 grands Im worried about who ride in that piece of shot they sold her. And every good mechanic knows if you change the engine you should also change the transmission because it will go out next. And she ain't got money for repairs like that. I hate I wad bamboozled and my daughter too. Make it right Parks. Next letters to the BBB, CPA, DA, and Chevy Corp. The communication has been terrible. Reach out and make it right Parks!!!

The manager is on steroids and screams at his employees daily. Gets mad at an employee actually working but then another employee wrecks a customer car while high and doesn’t even get reprimanded. They are cheap and can’t buy new equipment, instead they risk a car falling of the lift instead of repairing the lift.

My salesman was Trevor Whitsitt. He helped me obtain financing as I had not secured any prior so as to purchase the vehicle I had already picked out. Tim was the individual that did the financial paperwork. Upon leaving the lot, I checked the headlights and one in front wasn't working. I was able to get in a few days later and the whole assembly had to be replaced. Not sure how that was missed but it was taken care of thanks to the quick scheduling by the service advisor, Eila, and the technicians. Thanks to everyone for the positive experience. I would have given a 5 star, but wasn't told about the $799 documentation fee until signing paperwork.

Albie Perez was excellent! Very patient with clear explanations. Got me what I wanted. Customer service was a well earned 10 out of 10. Complimentary snacks and drinks and was lucky enough to visit on a day with bbq 🙃 thank you for your great service! And for my new ride 🥰

horrible quality control. Went to check out a car and there was a chunk taken out of the steering wheel, rust all over, dents everywhere, check engine light on and stained interior. I’m no expert but seems like a bad deal considering you can get higher quality for the same price anywhere else. They were asking for almost 7k for this that had nearly 200,000 miles on it. When I asked about the check engine light and if it would be fixed they responded with “all our cars pass a 200 point inspection before put on our lot” but couldn’t tell me what the check engine light is for lmao.

I strongly advise anyone thinking about buying from Parks Motors of Augusta to be extremely cautious. I purchased a truck from them that was supposed to be in good condition, but the very next day I discovered serious engine problems — including bad lifters and a damaged cam.
When I tried to return the vehicle immediately, they refused to take it back, claiming the paperwork had already gone through. I later found out that by law they should have addressed the issue, but instead I was left to deal with it on my own. I ended up paying over $8,300 out of pocket for a new motor.
I bought this truck as a work vehicle to support my family, and instead it turned into a major financial burden. The lack of honesty and accountability from this dealership was extremely disappointing. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake and encourages Parks Motors of Augusta to treat future customers with fairness and integrity.
