Website says they open at 9. I drive all the way into derby and sign says they open at 11. Other than that the service has been good.

We had a package that needed to be overnighted. We told the lady at the counter it needed to be in Tennessee on Friday. We wanted it overnighted. I ask her several times if it would be overnighted. She said yes. We had another package that we wanted to send regular ground. I went in to check tracking and it shows the "overnight package" would not be delivered until Monday the 23rd and the other package will be delivered tomorrow. I called to ask why my overnight package did not go overnight, and a very rude lady said we must have miscommunicated and we signed saying it could go through the Post Office, and they don't control the post office. I explained to her that we didn't want the Post Office and why didn't their counter help say it was going USPS. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

They must've just recently moved, they were inside the Walmart and instead of placing updated address inside store, the store is just saying we are d**** Nope cause I remember their little area inside the Walmart.
