This is coming from a service center manager from a well known auto establishment. I usually have a good interaction at this AutoZone it’s down the street from my house. Went in today for some air fresheners. As soon as I got in the store the female clerk behind the counter is loudly complaining about some orders from Kansas that’s not here. Already an initial bad start. Why do that in front of customers ? I got my fresheners and seen a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Techron fuel system cleaner promo sign in front of the registers. So I grabbed 2 and headed to where the only clerk at the time was standing which was the loud lady complaining about orders. No ahead of me so it should’ve been simple. But no, she didn’t even engage with me as I stood there. She was busy with whatever she was doing on the screen. That was strike 2, as I stood there. She directed another clerk who was already doing something based off his haste to bill me out. He checked out all my items but the promotion wasn’t included. I told him where the buy 1 get 1 free ? He asked the loud lady. Hey how do I add the promotion. She rudely says no it’s not for this one. But the same Techron fuel system cleaner was literally the item that’s was used in the promotional picture lmfao So I pointed at the picture and said “it’s the same one as that one”. She said oh it’s not that one. But the sign literally said mix and match lol after that realization she just torn the sign down and said we aren’t doing the promotion anymore. What in the world is this lady’s problem. Here customer service in this interaction was absolutely terrible. And if the promotion was indeed done. The negligence of the staff left then promotional sign up in front of guest who are under the impression this is an active deal. Terrible women to have at the front desk. She can’t control her emotions in front of guest and she is definitely not good representation of autozone behaving in that manner.

Was told to come here from another AutoZone for a part. Front desk guy didn’t seem to want to help. Ended up not having the part. Waste of time.

Quick and excellent service. I had time to swing by AutoZone during my lunch break to purchase and install a new battery for my Camry. Literally within seconds of me telling Anthony what I was here for, he was in front of my car removing my old, corroded battery. He had the new one installed quickly and I was on my way. Anthony is the reason I will be back for future auto needs.

Dropped off used motor oil and it was super easy. They were super busy and 1 of the guys working the counter just had me set it down on the counter so that they could get to it later.

I always come here for my parts as it’s an extremely nice store.
DC is extraordinary knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

The gentleman who was in the checklane was able to answer all my questions and clarify my doubts. I dont know much about vehicles and helped me to find what my car need it for my weekend trip. He was smiling while explaining me. He seems to enjoy what he does, he is very knowledgeable and also went about and beyond in this interaction. I felt very confident to shop here and will return everytime I need something for my vehicle
It s a pleasure to find not just a seller but a great attitude and service all just in one person.

I had purchased 2 oil filters for my daughter's car that were the incorrect type. My fault. I returned them with no hassle and tried to get the correct filter. With the help of a patient and knowledgeable young man we finally got the right one. I will go back for other auto parts.
