The staff was very helpful and welcoming. This is now my closest Best Buy. Two that were nearer to my home have been closed. I do not like the drive, but the service and results have been good from the Liberty store.

Best Buy appears to struggle as a brick and mortar entity in a world that has largely moved on. I bought a computer backpack, but the display was thinly stocked and the price for the one I picked not clearly knowable. They are more concerned with keeping people from walking out with merchandise than servicing paying customers. They want you to join up and to digital checkout but, as I only have to go int there about once a year, I didn’t feel like selling my data to save a few minutes. Only one “register” was open and had a lengthy negotiation between a disappointed gamer and a confused cashier. When I asked the person working the guard stand by the door if he could check us out, the answer was “no”. After another five minutes a manager relieved the confused cashier and we were checked out without incident. Despite the guy at the guard stand watching us check out 20 feet away, he asked about the receipt on the way out.
I wish Best Buy the best of luck finding their niche in a world that has moved on.

We visited Best Buy looking to purchase a Ring security system, and just browse the store. The employees were super nice and helpful. However, when we finally decided we wanted to buy one, the associate who was knowledgeable about it was already assisting another customer, and we couldn't find anyone else nearby to help. After waiting for a bit, we decided to just order it off Amazon instead.

Got 1500 pc up there a week or so ago. And a laptop high end ones. Laptop had to be mailed no problem. Get desktop home. It’s power cycling, take it back exchange for a new on it works fine for two days then when it goes to sleep wouldn’t turn back on. Get the laptop from OMEN not even the store didn’t work, so I brought both back thinking it is what it is I’ll just get my money back. First they wanted to say my receipt was wrong, then the manager wanted to inspect the pc to make sure I didn’t steal anything and blamed it on a policy when they didn’t have to do it last time? Spent an hour almost waiting to get told they didn’t have anything within the price range I paid I just asked for a full refund at this point and that itself took 30 mins for them to figure out their receipts.. horrible service won’t be coming back.

I ordered a Google Pixel phone. I arrived after I was told my order was ready. Picked it up and bought a faster charger. Happy with the entire process.
