took my car in a few days ago for a oil change, the manager ended up telling me that my brakes were getting low in the rear and was incredibly helpful. he showed me how low my pads were and gave me honest advice on how i should proceed. super helpful and friendly team, greatly recommend!

Really helpful manager named Mike was pleasant and honest about my damaged tire when he could have easily sold me four new tires for my AWD vehicle. $25 instead of $600?? Yeah, I'll take that!

After having a SIMPLE tire rotation done here that I could've done myself but added on as it was a free service with another service I had, My MPG dropped by 6mpg!! A strange rumbling noise started immediately after as well, so I brought it back in and told them to fix their mistake. They said nothing was wrong and wouldnt perform any services. Had to take it to another tire shop where, guess what, the employees here had put LABELED DIRECTIONAL TIRES on backwards across my entire car. The service also took 3 hours when i was promised less than 45 minutes, and cost 100 dollars more than if id done it myself or taken it to even a drive through oil shop. What a waste

Awesome experience, the staff where very helpful and prompt and both store manager and service manager where extremely respectful and seemed to be out to help the blue collar guy 10/10 highly recommend!

Schedule to get new tires and alignment done. The manager Mike called me to bump my appointment up. Got me in and was done little over an hour. Mike is really good and knows his stuff. I got new tires and 3 year alignment warranty and 3 year tire warranty. Under my budget.

What a great experience! I knew when I walked in the door that it was going to be a good day. Store manager, Michael Richardson, put any fears I might have to rest. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and spoke with clarity. He never rushed the process of purchasing tires even though the waiting room was packed with customers. At 11:30am I arrived with no appointment. Mike didn’t even blink. He advised me that he would call when finished. I picked up my vehicle at 5:30. I wish all purchases could go this smooth.

I booked an appointment online only to show up and be told they were not able to help me at all that day. I get being short staffed, and do sympathize with that. But why did you let me book an appointment online then? Very frustrating experience.

The place goes out of their way to help their customers. I wish I could remember the young ladies name that helped me because she was extraordinary, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I adopt her as my granddaughter if she'd let me.

These guys are the best. They are happy to put air in your tires at no charge, and won't try to sell you something that you don't need. They're also good at letting you know when it is time to change your tires and when the sales are so that people can get a good value for their money.

I stopped in on a recent late Saturday afternoon with a nail in my tire tread. They were very busy and their systems were down to be able to create an order invoice. I left my truck with the hope that they could create an invoice. Within an hour, they called to let me know my tire was fixed. When I arrived, their systems were still down and told me there was no charge. When I insisted on coming back on Monday to pay, they said no. I have been in customer service of some manner my entire working life, and this is how amazing customer service and kindness pay off. Can’t thank them enough.

Jeremiah was there to greet me with a pleasant demeanor and careful attention to the tire I needed repairing (got a nail in it). He inspected the tire and said it was absolutely able to be repaired and noted they were actually going to repair the hole and not just plug it, which was the peace of mind I needed.
I was in and out within an hour - without a formal appointment. During my visit, each staff member treated me with respect and dignity and the price for the service was within range of what I would expect.
The shop was clean, well staffed, and efficient. I used to go to a commercial shop nearby but after so many costly (and dangerous) mishaps, I cannot return to that place. I hope to have found a new home here at this Waldo Goodyear on Wornall Rd.
Thanks to the other Google reviews, I decided to try it out and I’m so glad I did!
