There is nothing I find more frustrating than a manager and associates sitting on their behinds as people wait in line. You know you’re not a good manager when you watch people do work and don’t roll up your sleeves and do it as well. Finally someone comes over to open another lane. Like what were you doing before? Nothing but talking. If you don’t want the job, don’t take it.

Found a lovely sweater that I am very well pleased with. Also as I did not wish to try on before buying I was assured there would be no problem returning if I was not pleased. Clerk was very friendly.
