I went to the store with my son and Regina, a sweet girl, helped us. I had a problem with my account and a month later she helped me solve it. I recommend this very pretty girl and her way of serving customers. I think one of the better than they serve in the Metros. Go with her😊

It is supposed to be open at the time you mark on Google I was there 10 minutes before 9:00 and there was no one there., were were customers waiting outside it was 9:10am and nothing they opened! Your staff must be more responsible, people also have work to do!

If you have to go PARK NEXT DOOR this parking lot is HORRIBLE it has SPEED BUMPS TWO OF THEM I thought why on earth does this TINY PARKING LOT NEED TWO SPEED BUMPS there is only room for maybe 5 or 6 cars and that is the limit. Ok as for the inside VERY CLEAN VERY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE VERY HELPFUL thank you and FIX THAT PARKING LOT

Went to trade in my iPhone12 everything was going well until the store owner came in and took over. The original person I was working with saw nothing wrong with my phone and even said there was not water damage. However, when the owner took over he looked at my phone said there was water damage and it had been taken apart before, and then said he would take it off me for free when I was expecting to cover a new phone and plan. I bought the phone brand new a year ago from Verizon. It was never damaged/repaired, and when I got home I went online to check how to find out about water damage. My TCI is white not red. Everything I experienced with the owner tells me he was trying to scam me.

I went to this metro today because I couldn’t remember my pin and the girl was rude. I told her I don’t remember my pin and I wasn’t happy with the service anyway and requested my account number and she asked for my ID which is understandable and told me if I wanted my OWN account information it was a 26$ fee. She charged me 26$ for requesting my information and I know that as an employee you are supposed to give that to me and not charge me for it so I will be reporting you for this. Worst store and worst employee.

Well, I think that more trained personnel are needed since I went for a service, they had me there for more than an hour, waiting and they didn't even solve my problem.
