Did alright the first time with an easy engine mount replacement. But now they have had my car for a month. And still waiting, parts delays and now just one excuse after another. I'll rewrite this if and when I get my vehicle back and see how good of a job they did on a clutch and flywheel. Which was the diagnosis..........but now not sure if they even know. If you can't fix it at least let the customer know so I don't have to wait a month!!! Running out of rides

Like a good BBQ spot, they are always busy. I have been grateful for their work for a few years now. Also, if you get 'sent up the mechanic ladder' for troubleshooting in the wyco lake area; the ladder finishes here. Their pricing is fair and their results are obvious.

I will NEVER take my car anywhere else but Parkway Service Center! I’ve used them for several maintenance and repairs on my car and my teenagers car and they ALWAYS astound me with their professionalism, knowledge, and quick service. Today, I brought my car in because the check engine light was on and the engine was behaving like it was very sick. 20 minutes later the owner told me they had identified the problem and I was ready to go! Not only is the service perfect, but their prices are unbeatable. To top it all off, I TRUST them. I know that this shop will give me an honest opinion of the problem with my car, and even if they have to refer me elsewhere, they make recommendations based on what’s best for me. My daughters Kia had some issues; they suggested I take it to the dealership because it might be covered under warranty. Guess what? It WAS! They saved me over $2000 that day by making their recommendation. I cannot say enough to express my appreciation for Parkway Service Center. I tell anyone I meet to come to these guys for their car repairs. I think the owners name is Glenn? Glenn, thank you for your hard work and help getting me and my family safely on the road! I would recommend this business to everyone.

They were ok I took my used Toyota Prius there and they told me what the problem was the only thing was I drove the car all the way home and the cap on my coolant reservoir was missing it was laying by the windshield underneath the hood.
