  • "I went to this location on June 9, 2017, pulled up to stall #11 and pressed the red button. Took 5 minutes to greet with only 3 other cars in the surrounding stalls, actually two because one pulled off before they got to me. When they finally got to me "What you want to order" was the greeting. Then the young woman proceeds to have a conversation with a coworker about how she does not want to be there and begins to talk negatively about someone else currently on the job, meanwhile I had already mentioned a few things before the disagreement broke and nothing was on the screen. I gave them a second and then she muted the mic I guess only to say "go with your order" and break back out into fussing with coworkers. Pretty soon I heard the voices closer and looked out my window to see that two employees were fist fighting and two were watching but I think they called themselves "mediating." For about 7 minutes, I waited at this stall and received no further communication nor was my order put in. I went to the next stall and pressed the button to no avail. Eventually, I went through the drive-thru and waited another 20 minutes only to get the wrong order. When I finally did get my order after another 10 minutes of waiting at the window I didn't even get the shake I ordered, I was given chocolate instead of Caramel. During the second string of waiting for my correct I noticed am employee just chilling, talking on her cell phone by the drink station and occasionally she might start a drink but still with her phone to her ear, like WHAT??! While I have had bad experiences with this location, I have never experienced anything this extreme that honestly ruined my appetite for sonic by the time I got my incorrect order or made me want to stop going. This location is not but 5 minutes from my home but from now on, I will drive the extra couple of minutes to riverside whenever I have a sonic craving."
  • "I go there sometimes for lunch which is close to my work. i only have 30 minutes for lunch. Takes them FOREVER to wait on you. SLOW SLOW SLOW! Today I was stopped at the stop light and could see a black SUV waiting at the window to give their order. When I got up there in line, behind the black SUV, they were still waiting to give their order. When it was my turn the girl said i will be right with you. 10 minutes later still had not been waited on. I LEFT. I only have 30 minutes for lunch. No wonder when i do go there, hardly anyone there so i have no idea what they are doing that it takes them forever to wait on you."

  • "I completely agree with the other reviews. WHY is this location still open? I waited for 5 minutes after I pressed the button to order - so long I thought my stall was broken and started moving to another one. Waited another 10+ minutes for my drink and wrap. Turns out my chicken wrap had NACHO CHEESE on it instead of ranch. That is my go-to thing at Sonic. It was greasy and disgusting. I have, too, lost my appetite for Sonic. The people that were working there had dirty hands, etc. It was all around a gross experience. It needs help."

I told him no, the change was not his tip and expect my change at time of service. I never received my change nor did management at the time do anything about it. I do not recommend this location. Management needs to be replaced as well as all workers."

  • "I visit your Sonic about 2 times a week. The last time I went I ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger without cheese and mayo. I took it a couple mile away to eat. The patties were so hard and crispy I couldn't eat it. It was too far away to return and I had to get back to work. This is not the first time this has happened.. I will not go back. This place sucks."

  • "Great food, kind of slow though. The people that work here have always been kind. they do a great job, usually, on the burgers. This last time I went they burnt the burgers pretty bad. That was on April 8th 2017. Before that they have always been on point, you just have to wait a while. Well worth it when it comes to food."

  • "I arrived a few minutes after 11pm. They close at midnight. I waited 14 minutes before going to the door to ask if they were closed. I had pressed the button and could see the employees inside standing and talking to each other. They watched me knock on the door for a few minutes until someone came to tell me they had closed early. I asked to speak to the manager and the employee told him I wanted to see him. The manager acknowledged my presence (he looked right at me) but continued talking to another employee. I waited another ten minutes or so at the door before I finally left without being acknowledged by the manager."

  • "Twice now me and the wife ordered 1 strawberry slush, 1 Master Blast with extra Heath in it. The first time, absolutely no Heath in it besides the sprinkles on top. Straight vanilla ice cream. Second time, 5-6 flecks. Still got charged an extra $.99 cents both times, still had to go to the gas station and buy a Heath bar to crush up and put her ice cream. They need to bulldoze this one down and build a new one. I will just go to the one on North Oak or Cedar. "

She said what I wanted as a side, I repeated fries, and she stated "yes, what SIDE do you want with the kids meal."
