By far the slowest McDonald's I've been to in the KC area. They seem to always be understaffed or something is always broken. (Water pipe break as an example 2 weeks ago?) I haven't had the most positive experiences here.

Got there right at 10PM on a Saturday night. Website say's they are open till 11PM. No signage saying otherwise. Pull into drive thru and am told they are closed. I stated that it's only 10 PM, and I was told sorry we're closed.

I appreciate the laughter as I wait 8 min after placing my order just now. I drove off to get better service elsewhere, Freddys. I'm happy you can laugh and have fun but your customers are waiting and can hear you.
