I cannot express how genuinely grateful I am to Pet Calls. We had made the difficult choice to put our dog down but wanted to do it in home as she was immobile and wanted her as comfortable as possible in her final moments. Everyone from the manager who handles the phone calls to Dr. Shuey herself were so helpful and kind during this awful and stressful time. The process itself was very smooth with Dr. Shuey gently guiding us through every step.
The cost was also very reasonable and in line with traditional office vet services.
If you are considering a mobile vet, Dr. Shuey and Pet Calls is the way to go.

Amazing amount of kindness and empathy during a difficult time. I used them for my elderly dog so that he could pass in the comfort of his chair surrounded by people who loved him. Would 100% recommend for your pet.

Amazing Vet!! She is timely and very affordable. I initially had her come to our house when one of our pets was at the end of their lives. She showed so much compassion. She was professional and patient and let us say our good byes. We continued to use her. The fact that she comes to the house is a blessing with a multiple dog household. Also with older dogs who have a hard time with cars. The dogs love and greet her like part of the family. She is a knowledgeable veterinarian - she has always accurately diagnosed our pets. I would highly recommend her. Also, don’t be weary and think a mobile vet is expensive. She is very affordable especially compared to our local vet down the street. She actually beats their prices and several services.

Dr. Shuey and her assistant, Cat (or Kat) were amazing with our elder-cat who is sensitive to sound. We hesitate to take him to a busy vet clinic, so having a vet visit us is the perfect way to avoid stressing our cats out with a car ride and visit to a strange building. Dr. Shuey and Kat were patient and gentle with our fur-baby, who wanted nothing to do with getting a blood draw! They were knowledgeable and clear in their communication. We will be using Pet Calls for all of our veterinary needs from now on!

I have a large Australian Shepherd who needed veterinary care but has a phobia of steps and I could not get him into a vehicle. He loves people though so when Pet Calls came for his appointment he was quite willing to get into their mobile office to visit but needed some assistance to make the climb which they helped with. Once in the office, all the vet work he needed done was provided with gentle loving care by Dr. Heather Shuey and her assistant Kat. He barely seemed to notice the shots or blood draw that were done. I am so relieved and happy to have found them. I found them to be very caring, professional and sensitive to my dog's needs and I felt their prices were very reasonable for the services they provided which went above and beyond what I hoped for. I am very grateful they were able to take care of my dog's needs.

PetCalls did a great job with our moody cat. Cali doesn’t like the vet, and even with an oral sedative was quite a pill. Dr. Shuey and her vet tech were so patient and helpful. We will be calling them again.
