Only person worth dealing with is Nathan but he usually works at the Blue Springs location where he is the manager of that store. I just happened to get him at this location today. Nathan was great.

I brought my phone in for a screen repair and when I picked it up everything looked good so I left, however after I left the store I tried to call my wife on my way home and realized I had no SIM card. I immediately turned around and went back to the store only to find them closed early and no one in the building. I got back to the store at 4:30 and the sign clearly said open until 5 PM. There was no sign stating they were closing early or anything. This extremely unprofessional and inconvenient.

My recent experience with UbreakiFix has been nothing short of a frustrating saga, and I'm compelled to share my disappointment. I brought my malfunctioning Samsung phone to their establishment, expecting a smooth warranty repair process. Instead, I was met with an agonizing three-week ordeal, culminating in a shocking denial of my warranty claim by none other than the technician, Elijah.Elijah's decision to deny my warranty claim was not only perplexing but also exasperating. Despite my phone clearly falling within the warranty coverage period, Elijah deemed it fit to reject my claim after three weeks of anticipation. This lack of timely communication and the absence of a coherent explanation for the denial left me feeling utterly let down by the entire process.What adds salt to the wound is the revelation that Samsung, the manufacturer of my phone, will be stepping in to honor the warranty and fix my device free of charge. This turn of events begs the question: if Samsung acknowledges the warranty validity, why did UbreakiFix, and specifically Elijah, choose to deny my rightful claim?The entire episode has left me with serious reservations about UbreakiFix's professionalism and reliability. Elijah's decision-making and communication skills are severely lacking, and it reflects poorly on the company as a whole. If a technician can unilaterally deny a valid warranty claim without justification, it raises concerns about the competence and integrity of the entire service center.In conclusion, my experience with UbreakiFix, courtesy of the decision made by technician Elijah, has been a colossal letdown. I advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering their services, as the lack of transparency, professionalism, and the mishandling of warranty claims have cast a shadow on the credibility of this establishment.

They did an awesome job repairing my boyfriends phone. The price was exactly what they quoted and it was ready in 2 hours as they said it would be. They were very professional and helpful. We plan on taking all our repairs to them.

Great service! They weren’t able to fix my computer, but they explained that it had to go to Apple for repair. They then helped me download the Apple Help and schedule an appointment with Apple for repair.These guys were really helpful!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend the 11906 W 95th St, Lenexa, KS 66215 location. Extremely horrible staff, no communication, did not listen to the issues I was having and instead told me I needed an entirely different part. Told me it would take 2 hours to take my phone apart (another repair place took it apart in front of me in 2 minutes.) I went back to the store in 2 hours and the service man was sitting on his own phone and said absolutely nothing to me, just handed me the phone back. I asked if it was fixed, he said they couldn't. I asked what he suggested and he told me to 'go to another repair shop I guess, we can't fix it here.' 0/10 recommend this store due to lack of personality, communication or simply caring about the issue.

This wats the greatest serice ever. Krista explained everything thoroughly and helped me by getting it done promptly. Terrific service. Jose worked on it diligently. I will recommend this company and thank T Mobile for recommending.

was directed by asurian that covers my phone warranty to take the phone here for repair. don't know why, wife broke hers last week, they sent a reman phone out to her, but ok, cool, id rather have fixed than fight transferring all my stuff over anyhow. went to location gave the legless guy in wheel chair all the claim info, he said the Samsung portal was down, he couldn't do anything, call back tomorrow. so we went home, called next day, nope, still down. wth? so wife was headed to Lawrence to a dr appt the next day, took it to that location they said this Lenexa location was lying that they have no idea what they are talking about some site being down ahs nothing to do with replacing a screen. they had it done in 45 minutes and working perfectly. Lenexa guy was just plain lazy, he cant say he wasn't, he didn't have a leg to stand on.

Why does uBreakiFix allow you to make an appointmewnt to get phone fixed and when you get there , they say they do not have the part and will take 3 to 5 business days to get parts. They know what phone you have. They know what store you are scheduled to go to. Why cant they say your appointment will be in 5 days or we will call you when your parts are in. I waste time driving to their store with the assumption i would be getting phone fixed. i can understand if something is broken that is unforseen but really terrible business model!! I will never use them again

I'm so happy I took my phone to these guys! The whole experience was so easy, simple and fast! Great customer service! And now my phone works perfectly again! Hopefully i wont have to, but if i need to, i will be back in the future! ? Thank you guys so much!!

I would not suggest the 11906 W 95th St, Lenexa, KS 66215 location. It took 3 weeks to get my Xbox a new hard drive. I should have just did the repairs myself. I was coerced into getting their home plan in order to not have to pay for them to blow out the dust from my console, and was not told that I wouldn't be able to even use it for 30 days even though I was being charged. The front person at the cash register is not very personable and didn't seem to know much especially about pricing, working the cash register, what the technician had quoted, or his basic job function. I am a part of their system and will be taking my things I need repaired to a different location until they get new people. This place is horrible in my opinion. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Took in my switch lite to get a switch lite to get repaired, told me it would take 3-5 business days to get the parts and it would be a 2 hour repair, it took them 3 weeks to get the parts and repair it. Then they told me a price and ended up paying triple of what they told me. Absolutely trash place never again.

Absolute worst customer service! I have visited this location several times and was reasonably satisfied with the service. It wasn't the best but they resolved my issues; until today. I will never be back!I placed an insurance claim to have a battery replaced on an iPhone. I had everything ready to go (claim approved) and was at the location when they opened this morning to drop off the phone. The gentleman in a wheelchair (who had helped me before) opened the door to let us in. He didn't even say hello or come in; he just started with, "Another employee didn't show up today, so it will be hours before I even look at your phone." I explained that it was not a big deal; I was dropping it off. He seemed upset with me before we even started. He reviewed the claim and said it was for a screen replacement. I explained that was not the correct claim; it was supposed to be a battery replacement, and I spent an hour on the phone with Asurion just before coming in to drop it off. He said no, you filed the wrong claim and need to call Asurion to start a new claim or go to an AT&T store. I tried to explain that it was not the right claim and gave him the new claim number, but he told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to leave.I contacted Asurion and found out that he (he was the one that personally handled the previous claim) had never closed the old claim before for the screen, which was causing the problem in their system. Asurion has been on the phone with him while I'm on hold, and they even commented on how rude he was to them. They tried to get him to close the old claim so they could issue a new one. Asurion said this is the store's fault and they need to close the claim before I can get a new claim issued.Whoever is in charge at this location needs to take a hard look at their personnel and decide if they are the best fit for uBreakiFix. Based on my experience, this one person, in particular, hates his job and the customers he was hired to service. Maybe he would be better suited for a different role in another organization and needs a little guidance to self-discover this truth.

TLDR: Lazy employees that didn't want to do any work and had terrible customer service. Time of visit 6/29/2023 10AMTerrible customer service!! I visited this location for the first time on 6/29/2023 at 10AM when they opened. I called the day prior to see if the parts would be available for my Samsung Flip4, they said the parts were available. I go to the store when it opens, there's another customer waiting for the doors to open. The waiting customer told me the people at this location were not friendly. There were two employees inside, one in a wheelchair the other standing. The standing one came and unlocked the door but did not offer to open the door for us or great us when we walked in. The customer ahead of me was quoted an extremely high price for fixing a cracked phone, he then left. I then talked to the front counter guy (wheelchair employee) he began to immediately tell me my issue needed a insurance claim, I said no it's under warranty, then he looked at my phone..took it to the back for the other guy to look, they both whispered quietly then the wheelchair guy came back saying my phone couldn't be fixed due to hinge damage that would void the warranty (this is complete BS because I've had this repaired before at the wornall location last October, in fact I would have had it repaired there again but they didn't have the parts) I tell him the phone doesn't have hinge damage and I got this repaired but he refused to offer to fix it through warranty. Basically these two employees DIDN'T WANT TO DO ANY WORK AT ALL. They tried anything and everything to get me to leave and for them to not have to do the work. I ended up leaving, going to 135th OP location and they are fixing under my warranty just fine. DO NOT GO TO LENEXA LOCATION they do not care and do not want to work, SUPER LAZY!!

Bad customer service. Looked at the phone and told me that Samsung will not fix the phone because little dings on the corners and didnt let me finish explaining what happened. I was sent by at&t because I have insurance for the phone. Lazy workers! Took my phone to another location and they fixed it in 1 hr with my at&t insurance. Would not recommend this place at all!
