I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the entire leasing office team at Watercress Apartment Homes. In my experience, they consistently demonstrate a level of professionalism and courtesy that is truly unmatched.
What sets this team apart is their unwavering commitment to resident satisfaction. No matter the request, they are always willing to go the extra distance to help. I have been particularly impressed with their willingness to accommodate tenants in every way possible, even when they are clearly short-staffed. They don't hesitate to stay late to ensure our needs are met, which speaks volumes about their dedication.

Wonderful complex, I enjoy living here. The apartment and patio are very much to my liking however, landscaping and lawn care are lacking. Outdoor Sprinkler System was broken all summer, lawn never watered, lots of weeds and bare spots. Shrubs die and are not replaced. Short on help so weeds grow rapidly especially where shrubs have died. Complex is pet friendly, no restrictions. Some owners don’t pick up their dog’s waste. The pool area is clean and modern except for when residents invite their extended family to party.
All in all, I don’t plan on moving.

I toured Watercress in November 2024 and was obsessed w/wanting to live here. My lease wasn't up until April 2025 at my old apt, but I applied to move to Watercress in January and the girls found me the PERFECT apartment. They've been great to work with. I wanted ground floor, south facing, 2 bed 2 bath w/fireplace, and that is what I got. It's nice to have tiled showers and tile floor. The layout is like a little house and the maintenance team has been very nice.
The most noise you hear are the people who stomp on the stairs or use their carts to drag things down (you have those who get it and are considerate and those who don't care-but you can't control that, that's apartment living) and occasionally I hear the footsteps and dog steps above me, but no TVs, radio's or conversations which is really nice.
Landscaping throughout the complex is GORGEOUS, I am so impressed with how nice it is. I will say the Northeast corners could use a little more love as it looks like they ran out of bushes and shrubs to finish some of those areas out, but overall such a beautiful complex. They also let you plant your own flowers/plants if you would like :)
The pool is very well maintained and so is the dog park (I know some reviews in the past weren't happy with the dog park but they must have changed it) I will say some people don't care that one area is for SMALL dogs and the other is for LARGE dogs, so some days I have to skip taking my small dog out because he's scared of larger dogs :( But we've made some nice new friends w/pets in the first couple of months which is nice. The fountains are so peaceful, it's just a nice place to walk around and enjoy and feel very safe at. Highly recommend.

We haven't lived here long, but Evelyn made the leasing process so simple! Our apartment is spacious and the whole property is beautiful. We especially love the pool area!

Update: While there are many aspects I like about living here like the quietness, I believe in transparency. I agree with others about if you move into a unit facing North, be prepared that your electricity bill may be extremely high in the winter.I was paying like 4x as much versus other seasons until I invested in space heaters and electric blankets to try to not run my heater as much. I also try to keep most of the blinds closed in the wintertime because of draft getting in. I believe this issue is due to the quality of construction materials used without consideration to how we are subject to more wind exposure over on this side. So consider this will be ON TOP of rent payments and if it may affect your budget.

Highly recommend this place to stay! Audrey was extremely easy to work with. The dog park is excellent, along with the people! Clean place. Gym is nice.
