Insane prices for a store that spends little to no money for its products. Tiny cast iron pan for $6. Found a very similar pan in the JC goodwill for .99¢.They also had plastic cups from Walmart for a higher price than they are at Walmart brand new. However, I will give it an extra star for the organization and the cleanliness.

I purchased a few items and was not given one of my bags. I also didn’t get my receipt because it was put in the other bag. I came in asap and was told my items were saved but now put in the warehouse so would not be found. I was then refused a refund. I guess I will have to dispute the transaction with my credit card. Horrible experience

Horrible pricing. No longer want to do discounts. They have more stuff that’s decent shape than average thrifts around, but a lot no brand name stuff that’s about new price. Not really worth it.

Store got a makeover. Plenty to choose from, but it feels like these prices aren’t worth it! Might as well buy new at Ross right next door for a few more dollars. Designer items priced WAY up. Cashiers are super slow. There’s always a long line.Definitely visit the JC Goodwill. There’s 50% off discounts for TWO colors daily. Plus the prices aren’t as insane as this location.

Absolutely ridiculous. Y'all should be ashamed. Your prices are insane. Won't be back. I'll shop at Walmart at least they are reasonable.

I understand the place got a little remodel recently, but the pricing is ridiculous. Over the years it keeps getting worse and worse. Just because items have a brand that you recognize doesn’t justify a retail priced price-tag. I’m not sure if this is a management issue or what, but it doesn’t seem to be as big of an issue at other locations. I was just in today and saw books priced at $3.19 marked up to $5 just because and a number of shoes for $40+! It’s starting to just seem greedy.

I asked one of the associates to unlock the dressing room for me not only did she do that but she went through my cart and picked out 5 items and then put them in the dressing room, everytime I came out she was standing there ready to take what I didn't want and give me another 5. It just felt like invasion personally. I then went to go check out and had my school ID (on the right day) to use it and get a percentage off and the cashier wouldn't accept it. So then I tried giving her my phone number to use my points and she said we don't do that anymore, but she had the audacity to ask if I wanted to round up. Overall a very annoying experience makes me not want to go back especially with too high of prices

Friendly staff!! Pricing is frustrating. Haphazard. Sometimes ridiculous. Today I looked at a decorative box priced $3.99 flipped over the original price new was only $1.99

The new remodel is nice but now they think they are target with these prices. I’ve donated hundreds of dollars of name brand clothing and I won’t be anymore since everything name brand or new with tags is now marked up to $10 or more. They also moved the senior and military discounts down from 25% to 15% and got rid of the rewards program. Thrift stores are for affordability but this one runs on greed. Time to go to Salvation Army or the Budget Shop.

I’m usually a super loyal Goodwill shopper but I was disappointed to find things outrageously overpriced at this location. You’re better off looking for deals/thrifting/donating elsewhere with the amount of profit they are making off of donated goods.

Who does the pricing here?! Used items cost more thn new from the store. Like insanely more. It's not just the clothes but everything in the store. I saw multiple used items from the dollar tree marked at $5. I really wish people would research the company more. The ceo is money hungry and while they do employee disabled people they pay them minimum wage. It's all about lining the ceos wallet.
