I’m so glad I found Sailors he is so nice and exceeded my expectations! As a woman I’ve had too many men who have thought they could take advantage and jack up the prices like I don’t know anything about cars. I called several places and checked for prices on parts and labor for my breaks rotors and tires and he was below the lowest price for brakes and tie with the lowest price on new tires. I also had a belt that was dangerously worn and he filled me in but didn’t pressure me to fix it. I fixed it and the car is running better. He got me in last minute and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. 👏🏼 I’ll be back for sure.

Fixed my car’s exhaust issue and made me feel at ease after talking to them. It’s hard to find a good mechanic that won’t overcharge, this is not that place. Thank you so much for being honest and helping me! Very fair prices compared to other shops area.

My right front fender area on my Toyota RAV4 was pretty bashed in. Took it to Kipp at Sailors for an estimate. Within a few days, it was fixed and you can not even tell it was bashed. Thank you for your fabulous work, William!
Very reasonable fee and wonderful service. They are my new go to for any car service.

My Lexus hybrid 450h had an engine misfire(which we didn’t know until we had it towed into Sailors auto) and needed to get it taken care of asap as this is our only vehicle. My husband took care of all the details but Kipp was ready to take our car that day! My husband said Kipp was so friendly and nice and knowledgeable about our car. He was in good communication and has solid logic about cars. He also is honest in his work as we got our car back within 3 days with a cleaned out oil and fresh oil change and had all of our coils replaced and to our surprise he even fixed the warning lights on our car (that Lexus said they couldn’t turn off unless I paid 400$ to get sensors fixed 🙄). It’s hard to find good quality, honest auto body shops and this is one we would recommend. The car came back better than we gave it which is how you know they are good! Thank you for fixing my car!!

Sailors Auto Care is honest and operates with integrity. Rare to not have to worry about a quoted price or turn around time to receive your vehicle. I've found a mechanic I'll continue to use - although, hopefully my car doesn't need too much TLC!

William helped me out in a pinch with a siezed axle. Brought him the whole trailing arm off the car and he got it out and taken care of in a very timely manner. Very thoughtful, transparent, and professional.
