I bought a ticket on 03/24/2024 at 10:08 pm, went to the theater and arrived at 10:28 with all the doors locked, I then proceeded to go in through an exit door and find a manager. She told me the “doors closed at 10:30” and refused to let me back to my movie. I said “ok, it’s 10:28” and proceeded to show her the time on my phone. She continued to refuse entry, and told me that their doors lock at 10:30. I continued to say “it’s not 10:30 yet, and all I need to do is go back to my movie”. Important to note I was not asking for concessions of any kind, simply asking to walk back to my designated theater with a ticket that had already been bought prior. She continued to refuse to let me back, and around that time 5 other people with tickets behind me came inside. She then walked away and said “you all are trespassing and I’m going to call the cops” I replied, “call them. Go ahead. We got here in time and you’re refusing to let us through” I also told her I’d had proof through the Life360 app of the time that I arrived, and it was before 10:30. I tried to show her the time it said I arrived and She then proceeded to come back to me and harass and intimidate me, telling me that I’d never step foot in another AMC again, and that I was “trespassing “ and reminded me she’d called the cops, to which I said “good. You can walk away, you’re not going to speak to me this way” She then would not leave me alone, so I started to video tape the entire interaction, and told her I was doing so, and at that time she walked away. As we waited for police to arrive, she could be heard shouting at me through the lobby and telling me over again that I’d never be allowed back at an AMC, to which I replied “oh trust me, I won’t be back”. I was never offered a refund, and never offered a number to call or anything to address my issues. Just told to leave and not ever come back. When the police arrived, I was told that any buisness had the right to refuse service, which I knew prior and had no problem with. When I asked for a refund, she claimed she was unable to give me that and that I’d need to call corporate. I then was given a number to the corporate office, but when I called, I was unable to speak to a representative. So, I followed the instructions and reached out via Facebook messenger for a refund. I explained the situation and was told they had to reach out to the theater for more information. It’s now almost 03/28 and I haven’t heard a single thing, nor have I received a refund. The 30 minute time limit is not and was not advertised In the email when I bought my ticket, and even if I was I showed up before then. The employees name is Lana.I have proof of everything, the time of my arrival via my phone, the employees name and picture, and witnesses that were there with me who saw and experienced the whole thing as well.I have an idea that the only tickets sold for that movie were to the people that showed up with me, and Lana thought she was going to get to go home early and not stay for the 3 hour movie we PAID to see, since we all didn’t show up on time. So when we did show up, she refused entry.

As long as you don’t go here when Lana is working you’re fine. You’ll get to go sit down, enjoy a movie, and have just a grand ole time. If Lana is working, you’re most def gonna be harassed for no reason. And have the cops called on you. And then not offered a refund. We love that! So cute. So wonderful. Anyway, if you actually want to see your movie, make sure and call and see who’s working before you purchase your tickets. That is my advice for you. ?

Movie was fun...but that concession was the biggest RIPOFF!! $7.49 for a SMALL FOUNTAIN SODA...$5.00 for Junior mints! No popcorn, no other candy.... those 2 items plus tax were over $13.. and a MATINEE (earliest showing) $12.49 ea.. sorry, but no wonder this is a dying venue. Sad really.

Seats are in much need of replacement. Didn’t smell fresh. We had to search for staff member to turn off lights after movie began. Great movie though!

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. If I could give a negative rating, I would give a -5. The staff at this AMC location are incredibly rude and disrespectful to paying customers. We had booked 12 tickets using our Stub membership and when we arrived Amc 10 members have physical id only 2 mem have photo IDs on Apple wallet, they flat out refused to let us in, insisting that we needed a physical ID. The manager was yelling at us without even listening to our valid points. We traveled a long distance to watch the movie and were treated like we didn't matter at all. It's clear that they wouldn't have treated fellow Americans in the same way. We are cancelling our membership and will never step foot in this AMC theater again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Multiple choices for how you want to watch a movie. IMAX, fork and screen, standard. Full bar and food available to all moviegoers.

Nice place. Unfortunately they don't advertise their prices for their dinners. 2 meals, 2 adult beverages had quite the sticker shock. My nachos had stail chips. Hardly any chicken. The complimentary pop corn was so salty it made my lips shrivel up. It was also the bottom of the popcorn machine there were so many un popped kernels I think I chipped a tooth.

Scanning in tickets went just fine. Hard to put butter on popcorn with tub overflowing with popcorn -- how do you get the butter to the lower popcorn? Concessions checkout was slow -- why have the 2 registers open side by side? Space it out so the customers have enough space and traffic runs smoothly. Theater was fine. Parking was plentiful.

Usually I go to Regal so this is a little change of pace. One little surprise is there are no reclining chairs which seems to be the new standard. I did like the height elevation between rows so you don't get blocked by anybody. Sound and visual experience were good and the lobby was not very busy.
