Everyone at Dale’s is so helpful and welcoming. They keep you in the loop on everything happening with your car. They are timely and work really well with insurance. They are honest and fair.

Dales did awesome with my fender bender, they were quick and inviting right after my accident. They did the repairs timely and kept me updated the whole time! Would definitely go back, hopefully won’t have to!
Will be enjoying my shined, and cleaned up vehicle they took great care of for many more miles!

Hands down Dale’s Body Shop is the best! There’s not even a close second to this shop. Tanner Allenbrand went above and beyond taking care of my wife’s car after a “parking lot hit and run.” Her car looks better than it even did before. Their work is excellent, on time and competitive pricing! I was dreading the process initially until I met Tanner and he made it so easy! I’m a new lifetime customer, and if you’re not one, I highly recommend you become one! Thank you guys!

I absolutely LOVED their service!!!! Greg communicated with me from start to finish! My car was Perfect!!! I lived 5 minutes away and I told him I would get an Uber to come and get the car, instead he sent me a ride!!!! Over the top!!!! I love it!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!!! AND I got a Free Soda! lol 😁

Absolutely great in all respects! Tanner took care of me from the moment I walked in to the completed repair of my "crunched bumper!!" Beautiful replacement job and careful to make sure all surrounding area was addressed and repaired as needed! Final bill was reasonable and they washed and cleaned the vehicle so it looked great! Took two days for the complete job (getting needed parts in and all finished as promised). Highly recommend Dale's Body Shop in Olathe. Jon G.

Our family has been using Dales for over 20 years and like always just had the best service and customer care. However, this time I would like to get a specialist out to Tanner! When working with Greg at Dale’s Body Shop he got it done right. Between working with insurance and ensuring the project was finished completely at the end. He communicated with me each step of the way. This shop is the real deal and I hope to never have a need them again. But if I do this is the shop I will do business with again. Thanks 🙏

I have had 3 different cars now repaired there at Dales. He has worked on 2 Corollas and a Honda Pilot. Tanner and his staff are always easy to work with and take care of you. You cant ask for a nicer guy. Tanner is always ready to listen and help out. I wish all businesses in todays world were run like this shop. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Tanner and all of the gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and professional. They answered the phones promptly and answered all and any questions I had. My car also looks brand new after they fixed my broken front end! Amazing!
