I would highly recommend this to anyone. It is close by and it lists all the names of people who died. There is also one of the beams involved on display.

Never knew this was here. Very small, only a few things but still makes a good impact and serves the purpose of showing the younger generation what happened on that horrid day.Dog-friendliness: Outdoor. No issues. My dog was not even mentioned.

This place means so much to me and has maintained and continues to add to this important memorial. An absolute blessing.

Overland Park’s 9/11 Memorial honors those lost on Sept. 11, remembers their sacrifices, and teaches future generations about the tragic day. More than a dozen companies, individuals and organizations volunteered time and resources to build the 9/11 Memorial.
