Beware when ordering used consoles from any gamestop. I ordered a wii, 2 games, and an extra remote and nunchuck. They shorted me a nunchuck, and it took 4 weeks to get the console, instead of the 3 days they quoted when I purchased. When I finally got the console, they didn't include any AV cables, so I had to wait longer for those to arrive. When I was finally able to get everything hooked up, they sent me a faulty machine that won't read any discs. I now have to wait "3-5" days (we'll see if that actually happens) for a return label to be approved, and then another "3-5" days once the machine has been received to see a credit on my account. If I have one more person from gamestop tell me 3-5 days for something I might scream, because it's never, EVER 3-5 days.The staff at the store was lovely, especially for how busy it was. Corporate on the other hand is a nightmare and I couldn't recommend staying away more

I had a wonderful experience with Tali, the ASL. She traded in my digital PS5 and got me a disc one [pre-owned even!]. She had a great attitude and she was super helpful! She even had a pre-owned copy of Final Fantasy XVI! This was one of the best experiences I had at this store in a long time!Thanks again to Tali, who provided excellent customer service

Gteat weekday price. Kids had a lot if fun. No bathrooms kinf of inconvenient, but understand safety concens.

Small place where everyone floods in. Not as much stock as bigger stores but a good place to swing by for a game you know is there.

Product return refund was denied within the 7 day return window citing that the box was open. Was offered store credit instead which didn’t work for me as they only sell gaming products which I don’t plan to buy. Reason for low review is the way this was communicated (confirmed before buying the product that this is returnable and that I was buying this to see if it meets my needs. Was assured a no hassle return during purchase, which did not turn out to be the case.). Would rather go to other stores like bestbuy in the future for better customer service and purchase:sales practice transparency. I will be selling the product on my own to recover the refund amount.

My 1st time in GameStop and I was really impressed! I’m all about excellent customer service, and happy to report I got it from Ethan the manager and another staff member last Friday. I really liked the organization of the store and selection. I got all my questions answered by Ethan and the other employee (didn’t get his name), and they were both patient and knowledgeable about the products.Thanks for making great customer service a priority at this store! It makes all the difference if I’m a repeat customer :)

Meh...had to wait a long time at the register because the clerk spent a long time upselling a customer and explaining in too much detail. Maybe if there were two clerks, the line would have moved much faster.
