Callie has been amazing to work with. My parents have used Penny as years for their insurance needs, and when our current rates went up with another provider I called Penny's office for a quote. Callie has been nothing but prompt, informative and very easy to work with. Not to mention State Farm is saving us money over our previous insurance provider. Thanks!

They were very fast and collected property information very quickly. Most likely they must have built in automatic procedure for it. I did not have be on the phone for a while and soon suggested me a quote. And the reviewing numbers and q&a were so quick and accurate that I could get what I want very quickly.
If you are considering starting or renewing or changing insurance company, it is worth to try with them first.

Penny Hardesty State Farm office is hands down the best insurance provider I have had in over a decade! They are always quick to address my concerns and are patient with me when there's a misunderstanding, even if I do get a little rude. I can't say enough good things about all of the people that work in this office, especially Taylor and Penny! If you're looking for the best insurance representation you can have....look no further, you have found them! ????

I love working with these ladies! Taylor Brown and Penny Hardesty are the best bosses ever! They really know Insurance inside and out! Christi has been incredibly patient and kind and Nancy is a tremendous insurance genius! Diane is the best salesperson for LIFE products. She is dreadfully smart and wise! I love everyone at this State Farm office. I was referred to them by a number of customers after my rates continued to increase. I checked them out and moved all of my insurance to them. Their rates were much lower than what I was paying and the customer service is top notch.
