I joined the waitlist online ahead of time, arrived 5 minutes before my estimated wait time. I checked us in at the desk & we ended up waiting 15 minutes (fine, no big deal) and were the only ones waiting for about 10 of those 15 minutes. Then someone walks in and joins the end of line. Our turn was “On Deck” and then the stylist took the man that had just joined the line. Our time went from “on deck” to 45 minutes. The stylist clearly saw us waiting and we were checked in. We ended up walking out because of this poor service!
