Stopping by this store to find out what plans they might have available reminded me of why I always hated being a Sprint customer. So far today I've visited AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. At AT&T and Verizon, a real person greeted me with a smile and took care of me immediately, and each Rep was very pleasant, very helpful, and never made me feel stupid. Clearly, they "spoiled" me, so I was unprepared for the "experience" at Sprint, where I was completely ignored, and after standing around several minutes looking lost (while one of their "real" people was standing maybe 5' away from me without saying a freakin' word), I finally noticed a small computer screen hanging on a post to sign into. Let me preface this by saying my phone was broken so I didn't even take it in with me. Their sign-in screen insisted that I put in my phone number, so assuming they were going to use that to contact me when they were ready for me (in a store about 200 sq. ft.), I prompted their "real" person to witheringly glance at me by saying "Excuse me sir, but I don't have a phone with me, so is there another option?" His somewhat churlish response was "you don't have a phone?" After repeating that I didn't, he told me to put my phone number in anyway, which I did. The next screen wanted my email address, so I had to trouble him again to ask why they needed that, especially since I didn't have a phone number they could call when they were ready for me, and surely they weren't going to contact me by email for that, right? At this point he deigned to actually walk the small gap separating us to look at the screen, and told me to put it in anyway. I then asked if there was some other way I could see someone while I was in there, like by giving my name, as neither calling or emailing would let me know they were ready for me. He was pretty impatient at that point and said as he turned his back on me "No, there's no other way to see someone because these other people are ahead of you." (There was only one other person waiting, also looking lost.) When I asked if he could at least give me an idea what their rate was for a new customer needing only one line, he said "no" again and walked away. At that point, all that was left for me to say was "Thank you for reminding me why I always hated being a Sprint customer." As I know from past experience, new customers were always seen more quickly than any existing customers waiting in line forever, and the best deals were only offered to new folks. So if how he treated me today was the best they could do for even a new customer, GOK how they now treat their existing/old customers! Or maybe his attitude had something to do with my having gray hair and having trouble using their sign-in technology.

DO NOT GO HERE. They messed up my billing, didn't activate my phone correctly, and they are a 3rd party store. Go to a corporate sprint store like the one across the street.

My fiancé did a web order to switch out his new phone and this was the location that he picked his phone up through. Upon getting to the store, no one greeted us. We had to walk up to a clerk who honestly looked surprised to have a customer in the store. We told them that we needed to upgrade a phone and the phone was waiting for us via web order. The lady who helped us spent close to 20 minutes on the computer without saying a word to us as she is getting the phone set up. Then finally when they were ready to give us the phone... there was little to no direction on how to set it up. She basically powered it on, typed in a password and said "ok you can do the rest at home". So now we are sitting at home with an iPhone that we cannot log into. Guess we are going to a different sprint store tomorrow. I've never had this terrible of customer service at sprint before.... absolutely terrible.

I walked into sprint at 9am with a broken phone. Walked out 9:30 with a new phone. You see my phone died last night stuck in authentication mode for Google which locked me out of my account. I couldn't even pay my Bill's last night. However Christian assured me he would be able to take care of me, and that he did. Everything worked out and was I able to gain access of my life again.Go to this location if your looking for wonderful and helpful service. Just my opinion.

I went in with a phone that wouldn't work with data and returned with a phone and great service. They were on top of the predicament and fixed it very quickly. The service was so wonderful, it will become my go to Sprint store. The staff was welcoming and were great conversationalists. Most of time, walking into a store, I feel awkward and out of place, especially since I am not too grand with technology, but I didn't feel out of place at all. Great store, the best Sprint store in my area!

i was falt out lied to. Went in on sunday may 26 to getva sim card for a phone. Well they didn't have a sim card, but said i was available for an upgrade. Didnt have the funds for an upgrade. Went in today Wednesday may 29 at 12:30. Well i was informed that i wasn't available for an upgrade until June. So why was i lied to? what was the lady gonna do if i had the money on sunday to get the upgrade. For this reason I'll be looking in to a new carrier like att, verison. Sitting here waiting for my phone to get repaired while I watch 5 employees talking to one another. I'm one of 2 costumers in the store. This is the first Yelp review I've done because I really can't believe none of them have the self awareness to help me. I'm going to time how long it takes them to stop socializing to stop and help me.

The prices are told by the staff are incorrect and missleading and then you have to wonder why ur bill is three times as much and its because the people in the store said one thing and sprint dont

We switched our service to sprint from t mobile which had for 10+years on the promise that ft. Gor every line we would be provided with a 100visa gift card we switched 10lines over 2 months ago and after numerous conversations via phone and online chat we have yet to see any gift card been told multiple times that we would have them within certain time frame which never happened and time frame was extended multiple times today is December 21sr we were suppose DC to be going to visit my mom and step dad in Arizona for two weeks using the money we were promised and never received ginsll the morning of 21st a rep for sprint advised my wife to go to store in Lee's summit on Douglas and they would process our gift cards so we went and store rep advised my wife its gonna be at least 2 more weeks for them to resolve the issue do now our holiday travel plans are having to be canceled as is Christmas for my children on top of this 2028 is proven to be as lousy as in 2017 I was informed I have a genetic heart condition and had to go through open heart surgery'sehich I did have open heart surgery july2017 during a massive stroke durin the surgery and which I ended up now my 6-8 week of recovery had turned into a lifetime sentence of being declared medically disabled and so now sprint has not only screwed my Christmas but my 3 teenage children as well
