I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Buhs for the purchase of my new home in Shawnee. Lindsay was very responsive and communicated efficiently and effectively with me and the sellers’ agent. She was organized, knowledgeable and thorough during the entire process. Lindsay provided prompt follow through on every detail between making an offer, navigating inspections and repairs all the way to closing. She made home buying as effortless as possible and I am very appreciative. She worked with us and our extensive list of specific needs to help us get exactly what we wanted. We were not easy clients and she was very patient with us. I would not hesitate to use her again for any real estate needs in the Kansas City area.

Selling our first home in Brookside’s Armour Hills neighborhood of Kansas City could have felt overwhelming, especially since most of the process took place after we had already relocated out of state. From day one, Lindsay Buhs was the steady, knowledgeable guide we needed.
She helped us prepare the home for market, recommending and managing trusted vendors for everything from painters, stagers and plumbers. Her local expertise and clear advice on how to present the house made such a difference. When our listing hit the market, Lindsay navigated the competitive environment masterfully—fielding multiple offers, negotiating on our behalf, and ensuring we felt confident in every decision.
What stood out most about working with Lindsay was how responsive, communicative, and thorough she was at every stage. She anticipated questions before we even asked them, walked us through each step with clarity, and kept the process moving seamlessly despite us being out of town. On top of that, she’s a true local expert who knows Kansas City—and especially Brookside and Armour Hills—inside and out.
Thanks to her pragmatic, detail-oriented approach and her ability to manage all the moving pieces (including vendors and repairs), we felt supported and at ease the entire way through. Selling a house can be stressful, but Lindsay made it feel not only manageable, but actually enjoyable—she’s professional, but also friendly and fun to work with.
We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome or a better partner. If you’re buying or selling in Kansas City, we wholeheartedly recommend Lindsay Buhs. We honestly can’t imagine going through this process without her.

Bridget Unruh is an amazing realtor and a great communicator. My wife and I finally decided to make a move and Bridget listened to our needs and wants. Once we made our list of homes to see, Bridget made time to show us homes that weekend. She smartly counseled us through the purchase process, helped get all of our questions answered quickly, and ended up getting us a great deal on our dream home. Bridget and Lindsay are AMAZING!! They were able to show us houses when we were able to get to town, and do video tours when we couldn’t. They understood what we were looking for and when the house didn’t have the “right feeling.” We were selling our house and buying a new one, which was stressful at times, they made sure everything went smoothly with the new house. They helped the seller of our new house, getting him in contact with the general contractor who was able to take care of the items that were needed to meet the requirements for our lender. Bridget and Lindsay are a dynamic duo and we will recommend them to anyone in need of selling or buying a home.

Look no further for an agent, Bob Ludwig is the best.
Bob has helped me buy three houses and sell two. Our most recent experience was a carbon copy of the others. Perfect.
Bob is the perfect combination of experienced, knowledgeable, and assertive. He knows everything and is willing and able to teach you about the features and red flags of a prospective home. I may be biased, but this is by far the best real estate office in the city, mostly because of the amazing broker, Shawn. He is so responsive, thorough, honest and truly cares about his agents, their clients, and so much more. He also puts an emphasis on giving back to the community in any way he can find.

If you choose to do business with an agent at the ReeceNichols Prairie Village office you'll be in great hands! The agents there truly care about each and every one of their clients. Shawn Muller is a wonderful Broker and is more of a friend than a boss. He is so helpful, wise, kind, and resourceful and he will always step in to help agents or their clients when needed! He's a great leader and his leadership and knowledge reflects positively to all of the agents in the office!

I would give Shawn Muller six stars if I could. He is the best broker and mentor. I have had the best experience in real estate working in the ReeceNichols - Village office. A lot of this has to do with Shawn Muller’s impeccable leadership and education to all agents.

Beware. Too long of a story to capture here but so thankful we parted ways with our Reece Nichols Prairie Village agent selling our home and worked with an incredible agent at Keller Williams instead. When we tried to address the serious issues with Shawn Muller he was not helpful at all and very rude even though our realtor had made critical negotiation errors and was incredibly unresponsive during negotiations. Do not recommend.
