My savings has earned .65 in the last year. Today the rep at the bank suggested I move my savings to a Money Market first of all and secondly maybe optional CD's. I was shocked that I had only earned .65 cents on a very nice savings amount. Great service offered today by the bank representative.

Great service young lady setup a my spending card in less then 10 minutes to help save from the surcharge on the bank fees they charge cashing every check!!!

My family has used Commerce for at least the last 20+ years, which is the only reason we haven’t switched banks yet. This branch is by far the worst Commerce experience we’ve ever had. We have been trying to get my husband added to my account for almost 3 months now and still haven’t been able to do so. We are up to five mistakes from the members at this branch alone at this point. At first I was very understanding because they were training someone new. Eventually the manager took over and I thought everything would go smoothly once that occurred. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I drove out to pick up another form for my dad to sign (he’s attached to the account for easy money transferring purposes) and then drive it over to his house. When I pulled it out of the envelope it had the right first and last name, but the middle initial was incorrect. After further evaluation, the address and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER on the paper were incorrect too. She had given me someone else’s information. When I went back in, she verified the correct Jeffrey was tied to my account and she had just made a mistake. Mistakes happen. I get that. But in this case, she had taken over KNOWING that it had already been a mess for us so far. So if her attention to detail on a “sensitive case” resulted in me walking out with someone else’s very personal information, not to mention me having to make yet another round trip to get the correct paperwork… Well, maybe that’s why this branch has been receiving such poor reviews lately and maybe that’s why this process has been a nightmare for us. At this point, my husband is wanting to switch banks entirely because he no longer trusts Commerce to protect our information or our investments and I’m starting to feel the same.

Had issues with this specific location over a check that was deposited . Went in to talk to the manager”Nina” and she was very stuck up and rude ! Not helpful at all ! I asked her if she spoke Spanish to which she said yes ! And is like what do you want me to explain in a rude way ! Just proceed to speak in English! Will definitely not be going to this location again! 😡😡

I was racially discriminated today when I visited this place. I asked the teller to notarize some time sensitive important documents and she told me that they do not do that there. Now I am a member of this Bank and have been for a few years now. Discouraged I went to another branch in Leavenworth and was able to get THE SAME DOCUMENTS notarized with no problems at all, no questions asked. You have to treat your customers better than that! Unnecessary and Disrespectful. SMH

They will not back up any money that is taken when card is stolen. They do not give any resolution on protecting ur money. Be careful.

I sought financial aid services, and met with James Blalock. He was attentive and detailed, and was able to guide me in a way that never made me feel uncomfortable, which is quite a feat when discussing sensitive material such as one's financial habits. Very pleased with my experience, 10/10 would recommend.

I too miss Bonner. I so bad want to use a local branch but Commerce is horrible. Tried to get some foreign currency which web site said this branch had. Of course they were out. So were three other branches. One call to Wells Fargo, boom over night to my house before noon. Believe me there are good banks out there
