I give a Star because I can't give less I was there the day before Thanksgiving, the owner see me coming in , and she didn't ask me or tell me if they still open or not she was working in a costumer and other woman was working on a costumer too there were also two costumers waiting on the lobby, after the owner finished she just left without let me know if someone will be able to do my hair, the woman that was left, she saw me, and she never told me, that she will not be able to do my hair, then some of her family or friends come in too and she was doing their hair, and I was waiting there for almost two hours, finally she come to me and tells me that she thought that I was part of her friends she was acting stupid, and she told me that I should be telling to Kim that I was there for a haircut . I was really upset about it, what a dishonest and bad service !!!

Kim and Image Cuts are the absolute best in Shawnee and the Johnson County Area. Kim is so devoted and in tune to her clients and their needs. She really cares about her clients and her needs. She’s also the sweetest lady on earth!

My Daughter of 17 brought Kim a video of what she wanted. Kim is so good that it looked EXACTLY like the video!!! The Salon was clean and beautiful. I will definitely bring the whole Family here!!!
