I can say this was the worst experience when dealing with this bank, I had never felt more invalidated, assistant branch manager Christine was rude unlike the bankers behind the transaction line who were very attentive. Christina needs customers service training/ skills.

Nakhon is great to work with. We went in an hour before close on a Saturday and she stayed late to make sure everything made sense and was properly set up for us.

I went in to see about a second chance account and Cliff told me about the New Leaf account. This is a perfect fit for me because I have had some financial hardship recently. Everyone in this branch was super friendly and I felt very welcomed and safe. I will 10000% recommend this branch specifically and Security Bank of Kansas City in general to everyone I know who has banking needs. Thanks Cliff!!!

Very friendly, helpful staff that assisted me in setting up checking & savings account. Nakhon answered my many questions & since then I received assistance from Mgr Cliff on some possible fraud issues. He helped me take care of problem & recommended measures to take accordingly. Tellers are always smiling & helpful, including Susan who usually helps me at the drive-thru window.

Clifford is amazing ? he ended up having to stay late because of some issues with our accounts. We ended up opening all new accounts for all of us and got it done quickly.Ashley also was very patient and had to stay later because of all this. They are amazing over at Lackman. They've taken care of our family for decades.

I’ve known Cliff for 8 years and in that time he has always treated me with the utmost fairness. He has helped me with options for my banking needs. I have brought two more family members to Security Bank and working on more. The branch staff is always polite and courteous. Great bank to work with. I am totally pleased.
