“Great place to do business with! Had them paint a couple bumpers and a hood for me to install on a vehicle. The paint was an exact match. The business has all kinds of good vibes. Clean, bright, family run by all appearances. Kids eating breakfast, helping momma run the cash register. Little play area off the office to get the kiddos involved in the day to day activities! “I received the best service I've ever been given at any O'Reilly's I've ever been to my whole life at this location. A guy named Levi helped me and ended up leading me into solving my mechanical issue and saved me alot of money! Knew his stuff and was able to navigate our conversation and really made me wish I'd had started there! Sure would have avoided the run around I got at the shop and other parts store I had been to and money spent on stuff that didn't fix the problem! Thanks guys and I hope I got his name rite cause he deserves to be known for being so good helping folks!”
“Incredible customer service. I walked in because my battery died up the street. Tony (one of the managers) drove me back to my car and tried to get it to jump. when that didn’t work I bought a new battery and another employee drove me back to my car and put it in for me. I couldn’t be more appreciative. Everyone was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend visiting this store.”

“Great place for parts but one of the downfalls though is it may take you one to three days to get your part. A little more expensive than other places. However, sometimes you get a quality part versus some of the things you might get it O'Reilly's or AutoZone. I have yet to find quality CV shafts in this town or Wichita for that matter. If you're looking for one of those you might call Detroit Axle.The people are very knowledgeable and one or two of them have been there many years. It would probably help their business if they came a little closer in on Central rather than out there in BF Egypt in a run down strip mall.”

“Had a surprise issue pop up when a battery suddenly crapped out in a parking lot late on a Thursday afternoon. They helped me get it in and out by closing time (5:30) on Friday. Now while I admit, I may have been lucky in it being a simple fix, but David was awesome. He kept me informed and updated through the day, which I appreciated immensely. Already planning on taking my truck in and share more of my paychecks with them. Great experience, would recommend.”
