“Was happy with the overall visit. New tires, new shocks and struts, and an alignment. Pricing was fair. Their online quote to sent to customers could use some work. Employees were very friendly. My only dislike was their credit card fee, which was displayed clearly but I forgot about. Don’t like paying a fee on top of a $2,000 service visit.”

Let me start with the staff. They were really friendly and professional. They had m tire fixed in less than 15 minutes. No issues and clean job. I'd go back just to deal with them again.

Now, the building location is easy to find, and there are no issues for pulling into the bays or departing either.
Cost is the most important part for anyone and the business itself. Fixed tire, and less than 15 minutes of work and a friendly environment came to a $14 bill. I would have gladly paid twice that cost for this service.
Would I go back? Absolutely. Thank you to the business and the staff.
Sidenote: It was a snowy and rainy day, and they still got it done like champs.

“While on a trip down to Oklahoma from Iowa we got a flat about 40 miles out from El Dorado. I called to give them a heads up that we were putting our donut on and headed that way, but we would be getting there shortly after 5, since they closed at 5:30. They asked me a few questions about the flat and let me know they could more than likely patch it and that they would wait up. Upon getting there, they were all super friendly and had some toys for my two kids to play with. They fixed not only our flat, but also another tire that had a slow leak from a nail and patched it as well! They were quick, efficient, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Definitely a saving grace after a long drive and still having quite a bit to go!”

“I had great service here. The team was helpful and informative. The shop was on time with my scheduled appointment and how long they had the vehicle in shop for service. My car was clean going into the shop and it was clean coming out with the protective covers still in place. At payment I even presented with a Firestone coupon for a discount and they gave me a better coupon with a bigger discount. Who could ask for better customer service?”

“Traveling to Colorado and our car was shaking. By Gods grace we found cornerstone at almost close time and he helped us so much! Lent us a car so we could go to a hotel and worked on our car first thing to get us back on the road. In my eyes he was a definite Godsend. Highly recommend!!”
