We turned in application with all required docs and we were approved in just over one hour. Apartments we walked through all looked nice and were well maintained. Fawn was friendly, considerate, and professional. Can not rate living at Brookfield, since we have not moved in yet.

My company is doing some work for the property owners. I just want to say Fawn is such an amazing manager. Her property is super clean and well kept. She has also been the biggest help, and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her!

I can’t say enough great things about Fawn at Brookfield Apartments! She’s always professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or just being available to answer questions, Fawn truly cares about the residents and it shows. The property is well-kept and has a welcoming, community feel thanks to her hard work and dedication. Brookfield Apartments is lucky to have her—she makes this place feel like home!

I am in the process of moving in now. Fawn has bent over backwards to help me and has been polite and very friendly. The apartment looked very clean when I looked at it and I anticipate having a great rental experience here

Wow if I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to come in and get an application but the front office manager Fawn is probably the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever encountered. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was outrageous. I felt racially profiled and discriminated because I have section 8.. I didnt know they didn't take section 8 and she made me feel so stupid. Anybody who is of any color or has section 8 don't even try to come here.... I am really disappointed because these places looked really nice

Honestly if I could give a half star I would. As a current resident who is now moving, I wouldn’t recommend living here. The property manager is currently giving out lease violations every time she thinks something isn’t up to her expectations. The property isn’t up to date with anything and the price is outrageous. Every time you have an issue it never gets resolved and somehow the property manager and the corporate office always wants to blame the residents for the issues. Vandalism has occurred quite frequently according to the property manager and instead of doing anything about to the people who are doing it, they let it slide. Any type of vehicle can’t be backed in because according to the property manager they’re gonna have the cops tow them, which can’t be done unless it’s stolen, she comes into your residence almost 3 times a month without any reason just because she thinks she has authority over everyone who lives here in the complex. Truthfully I wouldn’t waste my time looking at this property.

I've only lived here for 5 months and I love my apartment, not only is it safe place for my children but a safe and quite place in general. Kayla the manager is AMAZING! Whenever I need anything or there is an issue she right on top of it. Looking for a quite, clean and safe place come to Brookfield!!!

The apartments are nice & clean. These apartments are fully furnished with all major appliances. Such as a washer & dryer, refrigerator, stove & a garage disposal (in the sink). This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is spacious & it has plenty of storage space. The rent is a little steep but it's worth it because I'm only 2 miles from my work. I would definitely recommend this Apartment Complex to everyone. By the way these apartments are kids & pet friendly.

I am overjoyed at the professionalism and care I was showed by the corporate office and management at Brookfield. I had some problems with my move in date and was afraid I would lose the apartment but they worked with me and everything turned out great and it's been wonderful here, the property is elegant peaceful and maintenance is definitely doing a great and has made sure everything is going well in my apartment.
