Transparent and fair pricing. You pay the price they tell you and they explain everything they are doing. I’ve interacted with at least 4 employees there and they were all great people. They got our vehicles in and out in the same day. Highly recommend!

I had my truck fixed, I thought, at this shop. A year later it was running terribly. Another shop diagnosed the problem, the work done by Johnson's wasn't done correctly. I had the problem corrected and the truck runs fine. I called Johnson's and they have a warranty and stated they would have tried to fix it. But since I had another shop touch it, warranty void. Very expensive lesson!
Would NOT reccomend!

I have been taking my vehicles to Johnson Auto for a couple of years now, and it has been a good experience. Fast forward to it's current state, and the place has taken a big leap forward.The entryway and lobby is clean, the front drive is paved instead of gravel potholes, and I got quotes and invoices texted to me. Nice upgrades, I'll be back when stuff breaks down.

Worst company ever they don't stand behind their work and when I took my car back because the same thing is happening they got mad yelled at me and told me they didn't have a mechanic to look at it and it was my fault that it's the way I drive and told me to get out of their shop
