You pay $80 a night to stay in their home and I came inside and found a hair on the pillow case. I told them about it they came in so they changed it. I left and when I came back there’s nothing but hairs all over the sheets, the bedspread the pillows, and just one of the nastiest places ever stayed in my life. I even made a video and took a picture of the first time that I told them that was a hair in the bed. Even the worst place in Wyandotte county is as dirty as this place, and this is supposed to be shawnee mission area

We loved living here and would have renewed had we not bought a house. We are going to miss this place!- Friendly and helpful staff from Haley in the leasing office to Matt and Darren with maintenance, I have no complaints- Very well maintained. Cleaned daily and always smells nice- Small details like free doggy bags/station across the street and treats in the mail area- Felt safe always. It is an advantage to live right on the Kansas side of State Line because if the police are needed they will get there fast. Also it is located right by the police station.- Obviously it is so convenient and nice to be next door to Club Woodside.- Residents are respectful as well10/10 recommend!

This has been the best place to live. The leasing staff has been so accommodating since I moved in after having to break a lease at another apartment where everything was broken and I felt unsafe due to other residents and the property management. The flexibility in the length of the lease is also a huge plus (I paid a fee for a short lease in anticipation of having to move later in the year).Since moving into Woodside, everything has been absolutely perfect in terms of day to day living. Nothing in the community (garage door, elevator, etc) is ever broken and the maintenance staff is super kind and responsive. The neighborhood is really lovely after moving from the downtown area. I added my partner to the lease half way through and it was a super simple process, and needed to extend my lease in order to make a cross country move and all it took was a quick phone call to make that happen.Obviously all the amenities (particularly a free membership to Club Woodside, underground garage, discounts to shops/restaurants) are great, but none of that stuff would really matter if the people in charge of caring for the property weren't as awesome as they are.Since looking at new places to live since I have to move from KC for work, I haven't been able to find a place quite like this and will really miss living here.

Very expensive for a place that has nothing, like a beach, it is unbearable to live under other tenants, the noise of the steps is unbearable they have no consideration, for me it is not worth renting in such an expensive rent

We moved to Kansas City in summer of 2021 and we got lucky to have found the best place to live in city. From day one, Melissa and her team have been the best. They helped us incredibly and made sure our move was as smooth as possible. They go out of their way to make your stay here at Woodside special and luxurious. The amenities are unmatched. The fitness center has state of the art equipments and as a resident of Woodside you get access to all that the fitness center has to offer and so much more. If you are moving from a big city and looking for a safe, pet friendly and luxurious place, Woodside is the place to be at.

Great apartments with a fantastic location and solid amenities.The property manager, Melissa, is phenomenal at managing this facility. Not only is she friendly and attentive to the residents’ needs, she communicates well and makes living here a pleasure.

And Amazing experience! After downsizing and moving from the Chicago area to be close to our son at KU, we were definitely nervous about apartment living. We have now lived at Woodside Village for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier with our decision to move in here. The location to the Plaza, Crossroads & downtown, membership at Woodside Club & access to the shops & restaurants is an incredible bonus. However the best part of our experience here has been living in this super cool modern building, the quality services & the incredible staff! Melissa & her team are awesome to work with - warm & friendly, responsive, high attention to detail. ???!

We have lived here for months and are absolutely happy with the choice. The staff is professional, always willing to help, quick to respond and Melissa is truly outstanding. We moved in at Woodside in November and we’d loved every second from it. The manager Melissa is an absolute angel. She goes out of her way to make sure all the residents are having the best stay possible at Woodside.Woodside Village is the place to live if you have a dog or cat. Is super pet friendly!The rest of the staff at Woodside Village are incredible. The service you get is over the top. I’m so glad we moved here! I highly recommend living here. ☺️

This place is the best! The apartments are very well built and full of wonderful natural light, but the people make the place. Both tenants and staff are super friendly, especially the Business Manager Melissa! She's so kind and helpful. And she always has a treat for my dog!

My wife and I have lived here for going on 3 years. Melissa Stevens has been a great addition and is much more pleasant and responsive than the previous property managers. Nothing is perfect but the location, amenities and finish level make it one of the top tier apartment buildings in the metro.

Been here 3 months now and couldn't be happier. Perfect location and awesome building, very high end. It really is like living in a fancy hotel. Melissa the manager is the best, and the maintenance guys are great. You get a free membership to Club Woodside and free parking.
